I don't think it's quite as bad as you say.
8 badge obsessed players. You each run the TF, then each take turns killing all the pets. You get 35 kills per cycle. 10 cycles and you're done.
But wait... you can easily have 24 people get kill credit for each pet, since each team only needs 25% of the pet's HP. So you could do this with 24 people, 23 getting credit for each pet. 3 teams run the TF and you have 115 pets to kill. You only need the TF 3 times.
Are there 23 other badge obsessed players on Liberty? I think I can get 4 people from the SG to go in on this.
The problem is, you only get the temp power the first time you do the TF; not every time.
Otherwise, several of us would be working on it already, I am sure.

hey if I could get enough heroes to donate their temp powers for a few villains, I would gladly get some teams going. But Im not about to go around asking everyone in broadcast to cast a Amy pet so I can kill her...lol
I would not do this unless I have a team of villains that would join me on Pinnacle to do such a task.
I have 2 accounts and a few others that I could work on getting the temp power which some of them already have them. So it could work. But not without others to team with me to get the badge along side me.
If I make the effort to get this badge I want others to benefit from it as well.

I sent a PM to Positron about it with no reply, does he ever reply to PMs? But I asked if either the badge could be removed because having a badge bar that there was no real chance of completing would mean it would just sit there as incomplete. Or if when the Red Caps get added are Cabal also going to be added so there will be a chance of completing it. Just thought I would post this here and get some thoughts.

Don't expect this to work. I made a change that prevents this badge from being given to villains until a legitimate (i.e. not using Amy Temp Power) way to get it exists.

I still have the question of whether I will be able to complete it though. Saying you are putting in a fix that would make it not possible. Assuming that means you gonna change the alliance of Amy. That being said I only killed one Amy on my toon during a forum announced PVP battle royal. But I now have this badge bar which until a legitimate way is made then no villain can get the badge. Which will mean some of us might have this uncompletable badge bar indefinitely or until Cabal are introduced. Are there any current plans for Cabal coming into play?

Sorry Beef but the badge appearing was and is a fluke. Most that got it probably got it the same way I did. A PVP zone event that someone used an Amy at. I was on a team with 7 or 8. Can't remember the exact number and I remember targeting the witch with my brute and beating her to a pulp. That means all of my teammates got credit for kill to so right then and there 7 people had a unknown badge bar appear. Can't use temp powers in the Arena so the only way would be PVP zone.
That being said those of us that have this badge bar I would either like Cabal to be added which may eventually happen or it be removed if possible. Most of us badge whores will agree that a badge that can not be completed should not have a bar sitting there just teasing us.
I agree with you, because seeing a progress bar you can not complete makes my OCD kick in and my neck starts twitching...lol
But hey, if they do not add it no big deal, but if they do its just another badge on the belt

The time and effort required for just the person that attempted this would be insane. It would probably take at least a month or 2. Probably longer to even find enough people willing to do so. Which is why after considering it I sent the PM to Positron and then posted this. I knew since he didn't respond to the PM he would respond to this post. And if he responded it would most likely be with a we are not gonna allow this to happen. Therefore being the deciding factor in the OCD aspect of wanting to collect the badge.
