Repulsion Field is not on there. Does it NOT drop toggles anymore?
Repulsion Bomb was the main toggle dropper of the set and Force Bolt to a lesser degree. If Repulsion Field drops toggles than it has a very, very minute chance to do so.

Yes, Repulsion Field detoggles and at a fair (though I have not measured) rate. In informal testing with a buddy, 10 seconds in repulsion was usually enough to drop his 4 toggles.
I am not sure if this is correct. Could someone verify if the, for example, fire sword toggle drops only work for blasters and not tanks?

That is correct. Generally, if your primary or secondary contains self toggles for protection you do NOT get any toggle droppers (aside from Brawl).
Toggledrop powers were made to allow "squishy" AT's to penetrate the defenses of Scrappers/Tanks (Stalkers/Brutes too now).

Also, to irritate the hell out of other toggle-based ATs. A Stormer or Dark Miasma defender can be a real pain until you Force Bolt him or her.

Placate doesn't drop anything that I'm aware of, it just causes the target to ignore you for x amount of seconds.
Not sure if it 'turns off' damage or status effects due to any tggles the target is running (as in, you placate a stormie running Hurricane, will you still get knocked back?)

All I know is... when playing a Tank and some silly Stalker wants to play with me... it drops toggles. It is a royal pain in the neck.
1. Tank stands.
2. Toggles Drop but there is no "alarm".
3. Stalker hits.
4. Stalker runs, Tank might get in a meager hit... I said might.
5. Tank "buttons up"
6. Stalker returns...

Something drops the tank's toggles. I wonder what?

That's not placate.
That's AS.
Placate is when you're all aggro on said stalker, pissed that they interrupted your reverie on all things tank-ish... and they wave their hand in your face and .... all of a sudden they can't be targeted anymore.

Yep, it does. I looked up the old I4 Patch Notes and it was on there. Now I just have to get around to updating the chart.

I would say 100% chance of dropping 1 and 75% chance of dropping 2 from my experience.
No your all wrong [censored] dosen't drop toggles i have a lvl 40 ninja blade/ninjitsu stalker and i pvp alot if it did drop toggles i would easily be able to killt anks but it dosen't.
AS drops toggles but it wont drop granite armor. i believe it drops 1-3.

Whoa easy there killer. You wouldn't easily be able to kill tanks because tanks have more than one toggle running, plus they have tons of HP to get past. Besides even if AS drops a toggle, the dropped toggle doesn't take into effect until after the damage from AS settles in, therefore only your follow up critical will do more damage.
The toggles don't matter when it comes to AS damage, anyway. All critical damage is unresistable.

Indeed but one thing to consider is that Level 50 tanks can get up to 3213 HP. You're AS can't do nearly that much damage.
