20,000 Prestige per Member for existing SGs?

This type of thing from support GM's happens entirely too often. I can't tell you how often I've had GM's state something to me that I know to be inaccurate, and upon me replying to them, they then retract it, and tell me the accurate information. It really is sad how ill-informed CoH's support staff is.

Hmmm, so if somebody is going to quit then it's a good idea to buy a boatload of furniture and bring your group down to just a little prestige. Then, when the person quits, you sell back the furniture and aren't out your 20k?

They made it so you can actually go negative if you've spent the bonus Prestige precisely to prevent this particular trick.

The problem is not being able to earn Prestige and Influence at level 35+, and getting less Influence at 25+. I understand that happening when you hit 50, but at level 25, 35 and 40, I need that damn Influence just as much as I did at level 15. Some SGs that have mostly mid to high level characters won't even get bases until they hit 50, and that's just ridiculous.

at some point you can buy an item for your base that sells inspirations...you can sell inspirations there too which grants Influence.

the simple answer is, at Lvl 35 you have to make a choice. Do I do missions for myself or do I support the team...my advice, work it out with your SG to have set SG nights/events...the rest of the time, run personal missions for influence...or Exemplar down, un-SG mode, and rack up the Influence....

Life (and games)...It's all about the choices...

Same here! We have at least 20-30 in our SG, still NO bonus. Does that mean EVERYONE in the SG has to have CoV to earn the bonus? Just a thought. I hope not though.
