Yeah, it's always cool to see so many people willing to offer a moment's time helping someone else out. I just got my CoH working after some tech support, and have made a hero or two on Liberty to go with my villain or two. The Hollows makes for some interesting rescue stories.
It must be like a high-level minigame, playing "rescue the lowbie" in the Hollows. See how many you can save in X amount of time!
I think I've probably put his name in here a few times already, but I'm too lazy to look & he just keeps giving me more reasons.

I would like to mention Popsicle Headache as another one of Liberty's finest. Why just the other day he was kind enough to trade me 2 damage/range and 1 travel speed/endredux for 3 damage/accs because he said I was a good person. He had never even met me before.
I too have been heartened by the level of assitance and acceptance all over the Server. I can't remember anyone specifically and I apologise for that, but Heroes have zipped by more than once and saved me after I have bitten off more than I can chew.
It's one of the elements that make this game such a fun one to play...
