Atlas Park--Another new hero was responsible for breaking up a gathering of Hellions threatening several innocent bystanders last night.
Joshua Pryce, one of the onlookers at the scene, called his savior "A big blur of white hair and claws. She leaped off the building in a trail of yellow light, and tore those poor guys to shreds. Told us her name was Jade Claw, or something."
Other scattered reports of this "Claw" include perching near the Atlas Park tram station, but outside of this relatively safe zone, her reputation is non-existent.

Summary: Tick-Tok was not always the well known Hero he was now. Once, he was just a normal civilian living life to it’s fullest, his name was Larry Chatwood. He had his whole life ahead of him and a family that loved him, but that never stopped the accident from happening.

You see, Larry was extremely bright for his age. He was a mechanical mastermind, always making some sort of new gadget to better the his life and the life of others. His father was proud of him, due to the fact that he himself was a well known professor in the field of Mechanical Design and Nano Technology.

Now, one day when Larry was helping his father in the lab he was asked to get pick up a package from the post office. He gladly did so, it was hot and stuffy inside the lab and it would be nice to get some fresh air. Little did Larry know that during his time gone his father’s assistants and he would be doing an experiment brought before them by Positron and Synapse themselves.

A live Clockwork was brought to them, and they were to dissect it. They tested the machine against extreme amounts of electricity and heat. During the whole procedure it wouldn’t stop trying to break free and would call out to his “King” to save him. They began to prepare the last experiment, it was set upon a timer.

Now at this point all hell broke loose. Larry returned early eager to please his father and stepped into the experiment chamber looking for him. And then, a Clockwork horde broke in through the wall and attacked Larry. The experiment went off, flows of plasma arced and twisted about the room, Larry was hit right in the head, his body dead from the pain. But his mind still lived on, and it was shot into an escaping clockwork.

During all of this Larry’s father raced into the room and tried to hold of the Clockwork. But when the experiment started he escaped out of the large hole. He waited outside scared, the sounds of the clockwork and plasmatic energy filled the alley. Then there was a scream, it belonged to his son. He rushed in, taken over by blind panic, and as he stepped into the chamber he was incinerated by a wall of fire. The machine and entire lab had exploded, the newspaper showed it as the top story the next day, Headline: “Famous Professor and son dead! Clockwork to blame!”

During this the clockwork which housed Larry’s mind went back to the lair of the Clockwork King. His mind lay dormant in the clockwork for many years, but always the King sensed a difference in his robot, but with his massive ego he assumed it was his greatness that brought it around. None the less, the Clockwork was upgraded and for many years it would do the horrible deeds while the mind of Larry watched on in Horror.

But all of this was in vain, after being reported to the dormant mind of Larry broke forth. It seems the rest of his family was dead, his mother and sister, gone. He lay there in the powerless clockwork’s body his mind alive and angry. But fortunately a new hero was passing by and saw the robot. Taking it back to his lab he worked through the night, and by morning a armored robot was now there. It would lay waiting along side the hero, but soon the hero was gone and Larry could let his true potential out.

He lived in the Whitmoore for a long time, living with his friends and fighting battles with them. Until one day when he finally took down the Clockwork King, he felt his life was complete and was time to rest. But his friends still needed him, and he answered their call. In the end he sacrificed himself to end a ritual for the Banished Pantheon by going through a portal to a dimension of gods and demons.

And that one day, after he was transported back to this world from a horrible dimension by a friend. He felt different, but familiar, he took off helmet and looked into the nearest mirror. He was alive, he was real again. But this would never stop him from fighting the crime of Paragon City, he wasn’t just Larry, he was Tick-Tok.

Summary:
Becky Murdock originally came from a dimension/world where cats made the evolutionary leap to H-mo Sapien status rather than primates. H-mo Sapien developed out of the Filidea line rather than the Homidea line. She is NOT an ordinary cat that mutated to stand erect. In all other aspects the world she came from can be described in comparison to our own OOC world with the Original Star Trek series MacGuffin: “an amazing case of parallel development”, with the single difference being the leap of evolution for higher sentience.
When the Heroes of Paragon City stormed the Rikti base and blew the power supply for the Rikti portal in November of 2003, a shock wave spread out through the dimensions. On its outbound journey, the shockwave knocked Becky out of synch with her home dimension and all the other dimensions as well. A little more than a year later, the shockwave on its return path, caught her and carried her to the dimension of the City of Heroes. To her subjective consciousness one moment she was walking through the restaurant where she worked and the next she was falling from a height of ten feet onto a busy freeway.
Lost, scared, and confused by what happened to her she went into a near catatonic (no pun intended) state of denial and was institutionalized for her own safety. It was there that it was discovered that the trip she took through the dimensional barrier had altered her genetic makeup and endowed her with freezing powers. The social services tele-empaths were able to work her through the worst of the emotional trauma she’d experienced, and with the help of the Paragon City Meta Outsource Placement office, she was trained to use her newly discovered powers safely and wisely. With no place to go and no way to get home, Becky accepted the offer the city extended for housing in return for using her new powers to help keep the streets safe. A stranger in a strange land, she is simply trying to survive and not go crazy.

the apt:
Apt 1134
Is actually half the 11th floor. Once The Flagg brothers decide they were going to be moving in they rented the entire Space, and Damage Control Inc Remodeled the entire 11th floor.

The other half is being converted into a state of the art Superhero Gym for use by all the tenants and their guest. It is still under construction.

The entire floor has been reinforced and new energy saver appliances installed in all the vacant apt to help not overload the system grid.

Any type of surveillance devices have been tagged plus have had a remote auto shut feature installed. After determining where the feeds lead. The Apt is bug free a white noise generator/window tremblers are built into every room.

The picture looks like some type of collage standing on either side are Older Golden Age Heroes: American Valor and Ms Justice. Standing Next to American Valor is Karl Karson dressed as a cowboy with a dual pistol rig. Standing between Valor and Ms Justice are 5 kids. Lx , Nick, Violet, Reno, and Seith.

Kid Valor/Seith Flagg also is the owner of DCI. (Not Known to Public)

Damage Control Inc. (DCI)
Is an Insurance / construction company dealing with damage caused from Metas battling in cities. They offer deep discount rates to known Heroes, who have proven themselves to the city. Most of the employees of Damage Control Inc are retired, or injured Metas, either Hero or reformed criminal who still want to help in anyway possible. So they use their powers to assist the cities heroes by ensuring they have a city to protect. This company is actually owned by Seith Flagg aka Kid Valor. He basically signs papers. Karl Karson is the Foreman and Operations Director of DCI. He actually runs the company. He has been a trusted family friend of the Flaggs since WW2
