Well my tiny friend in order to understand this consept you must first understand the light spectrum. See all light is colord light you just cant see the color becous it is moving to fast. But when light bounses off of something let's say blue then all the light will be absorbed into the blue obect exept the light color blue which will bounce off the blue object and into your eyes. If you have a white object that means that every color bounces off of the objectand into your eyes and when all colors of the light spectrums are mixed together they make white. Black on the other hand is caused when no light bounces off the object black absorbs every color so none reaches your eyes. This effect can also happen when there is no light I.E. shadows dark rooms and the such. I hope this has been informative.
