<3 u 2 Matches
Got lots of things to say about Matches...
He was the number 1 cause of debt for me for the longest time, was also some of the most fun this game had ever provided. Lemming Brigade was great and it was just us! God those colors were disgusting.
If anyone gets a chance to get this guy on your team, prepare for death but expect fun!

Don't apologize! Don't need your sympathy!
Justice Avenger and the many many alts I have worked, another great person to have on your side. Done too many missions together and exploited the lost in Terra Volta. Amazing targetter for those pesky mitos and becoming a great raid leader. Everyone knows when JA calls for raid people come in herds.

I've been setting up Spackle to ding 50 later this afternoon, one year to the day after he was made, and I've been working him all weekend to get ready. I got to say, in the last 48 hours I've been in the hands of some of the greatest folks in the game.
J'rel Prestoo, who gave his services to Spackle immediately for anything he might need to do, including Shard missions filled with level 52 Ruularuu.
Armor Red, longtime member of Hall of Justice and longtime pal of mine, who called out the HoJ troops to work Spackle's missions in the Shadow Shard. Theoden, Flamewarder, Cannonfodder, and Paviotor of HoJ who answered the call. And Kid Olympus, who joined in the fun. We got handled roughly and some of them took real debt for me, but wow did we ever party hard and take names.
Hall of Justice in the house
Battleguard, for addressing my bout of cold feet by bringing himself over to the Victory server and exemping Spack all the way down to level 2. Thanks for reminding me that teaming with my friends is what this game is all about, at any level.
Battleguard
The Sunday morning roleplaying crew: J'rel Prestoo, Tsuki, Silver's Shadow, Calash, Hawkbird, and NephilimBringer, for both a fine afternoon of chatting in-character, and a fine afternoon of kicking [censored] in-character immediately following. Thanks also to Starstreaker and Star Kiwi for bringing the love. The level 50 Malta ambush in King's Row next to Blue Steel was a particular high point!
Malta in KR
As the morning crew faded out, the Euros took over: Teadaze, Night Pulse, KidZero, Morrigan, and iTank, all of Eurocore. And my Phoenix Force brother Charles Langly. We went after Siege and his thousands of energy blaster buddies, and with the new knockback we got splattered like the melon at a Gallagher show.

Then onward with Calash, Kiwi, XHS-23, and Jetblade, we tackled the Planet of the Rock Monsters!
Rockworld
My crews got Spackle from 48.1 to 48.9 in a mere six hours that day, and man did we have a lot of fun along the way.
Then I put myself into the tender care of Bobbybomb and his crew of hardcore professionals, in whose hands the numbers dance. They may not be much for roleplaying, but they are every bit as good a crew to BS with on Ventrilo as any pack I've known. Thanks to their knowledge, advice, and generosity, Spack moved from 48.9 to 49.9 with plenty of time to spare.
Level
There's so many ways to play this game, so many circles to move in. What makes a cool player is that we're all willing to help each other, to share our experience, and make this little pixel world a better place to be.
Er...ok...extra special mention....
TS. Element 40k for making Flea's Hami Raid infinitely more fun. The tells were great my friend and yes, it was nice to have someone keeping an eye on Flea everytime he dropped...and damn did he drop alot...
Fero Cactus- I apologise for all those times I give you heart attacks by throwing Apep into stupidly huge groups. Gotta admit, he survives though, doesn't he?
Xugu- Heh....yes, I am a crazy invuln.
And er...nuts....
The whole lot of you here on the Victory Forum. Just for being damn great people to team with, talk to and generally just be around. Even Bobby and Grace. (I'm still amazed...1 billion inf? That's what....roughly 3 million wolves?)
Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!

*blushes*
One, it's about darn time.
Two, J always looks forward to hangin' out with Spackle or ANY of the Vox'm... whether it's Sundays in the park, kickin' some Ruularuu butt, or taking on some darn AV that just happened to escape from the Zig AGAIN.
I'll be there for this afternoon/evening's celebration... just dial me up on the comm and tell me where to show up.
Best,
J.
Young Tutor is one of the coolest players I have met. We had a mission that was bugged so that I could not see his character or some of the mobs, but I could see his sigs. Instead of insisting we restart it he let me run it bugged for fun and he was damn cool about every little thing, real laid back,
Props to you bro and I hope everyone gets a chance to team with this guy
Okay, I spent a while thinking about this, and decided to only list people who:
1. I've teamed heavily with, and enjoyed doing so.
2. I haven't been listed already.
Mostly because this is turning into a list of the people everyone hears a lot about, IMHO. There are going to be people I've forgotten, and I'm sorry, but here we go:
Captain Hygiene
Celtic Crush
Dragon Huntress
Emerald Dragoon
Fire Lotus
GirlOne
Lashandra
Manna
Natarle
Omega Kitty
Organic Meatbag
Pandora's Heir
School Marm
Snowmane
TeaDaze
Unknown Paradox
Vivioruh
If you're not on this list, and expected to be, please consider how much time I've actually played along side you (there's been several people that I'm not listing because I don't feel I've had time to form an opinion on their playstyle). Failing that, I've probably just forgotten, sorry!
I got a few names to add to the list...Well I should have a LOT more but, these are the ones I wrote down last night. Because last night was probably the best task force team I will ever have. Together we blazed through the sister psyche taskforce in 90 minutes, with about 10 minutes to gather a pick up team. It was insane. Especially since the night before, when I tried to do it, whoever I Was exemplared to would LD and I would be kicked instantaneously. Anywhere, here are definitely some great players.
Purgatory Puppy, the blaster with the knockback AoE...mmm...knockback. Also who I was exemped to and he leveled quick so I got MY AoE back, joyous!
Gantelet, the tank that tanked the thinkgs that should be tanked, and made it so I didn't really need to run any of my defenses.
James Burnett, The other tank, both of them were invincible, and both of them kept all the aggro that we were never in any danger unless we wandered off and/or split up...
ProjectSpeed, the other scrapper, who was also the mission errand boy with the superspeed and such. All combined, we put out some massive damage on whatever was in the way.
Seriously, that was an incredibly smooth Task Force, no problems, no one died, just Bam, Bam, BAM, done!
-Matches, and I know no other will be as smooth
Purgatory Puppy is none other than...BoneBaby!
Well this thread really should be stickied on the front page...but that's another issue. Anyway, I just wanna give a mention to my arena opponent yesterday, Saga.
Saga, we had an awesome match and we both know luck played an important part in me being able to defeat you. But despite losing you still had a cheery attitude...and then promptly tried to kill me again...It was an awesome match, so go you, you Gravity...umm...something for a secondary controller! I was too busy getting chain held by your singularities to notice anything else...
-Matches, thank god for practiced brawler
a scrapper that can get held by something other than fear, you must be shrooming.
Empath! She's a grav/empath
Saga has saved Hot Joe from his customary 5 dirt snacks a mission just about every time I team with her... And yep definitely belongs in the cool players list
Winter Man
Trak
PVP is a mixed bag for me. But I've found that winning against bitter people can actually be less fun than losing to people who are upbeat, friendly players.
Last night I had the honor of taking on a team lead by Winter Man. I think it was 5 vs 5. His team had the "homecourt advantage" in that they knew each other while my team consisted of strangers. I don't remember the names of all the members of Winter Man's team, but Trak is burned in my memory from the moment he sapped all my endurance and I watched all my toggles drop. OW! Trak triggered my "die sapper, die die" instincts, so I rushed him every chance I got. But his teammates didn't let him down. The team of friends beat the team of strangers, as it should be. But even though I lost, it was a really fun match, and Winter Man and his team never trash talked or belittled us.
