"Still doing okay? I'm not hurting you am I? We can switch if you want,"

Radon considered her words for a moment, but decided against it. He could barely throw a punch against a woman trying to kill him on city streets, there was no way he'd do it in a sparring session. As she through her next punch he caught her wrist then, very carefully to avoid hurting her, spun around her holding her arm gently behind her back.

"Actually I'd prefer to just work on defense and countering for today. I'll practice my hand-to-hand on some thugs after classes this afternoon." he whispered in her ear as he released her hand.

Even though he was pretending everything was fine, without his powers even with Celes pulling her punches his arms were burning. Gritting his teeth behind his mask, he was determined not to let it show.

"Gotta keep up this "dance" until class ends and come up with a plan to deal with Big Bad Blue." Radon thought as he continued to bob and weave.

Alan fought the way he always had when he wanted to take a thug without him collapsing from blood lose. This ment he couldn't use his claws or his fist, but that left a perfectly good set of elbows, knees, and feet at his disposal and wasn't at all afraid to use them. He tryed to keep away from the ax, I thought this was suppose to be none lethal. But his armor keep him safe when he couldn't get out of the way, which unfortunatly was often, Raymond was good a what he did and every trick Alan knew was only slowing him down. And so the mismatched fight of well disaplined axmenship and dirty fighting continued.

"I wouldn't worry about getting injured, Alan. We have more healers here than I have ever been associated with before."

Raymond knew that Alan was a street fighter and could play pretty dirty if he wanted to, so Raymond was looking out for tricks.

Raymond swung his axe again at Alan, this time using the blunt side, so as not to risk any serious damage just the same. Raymond was a little suprised that Alan was not using his fists and claws as much as he normally would.

"Please Alan, don't hold back. I can take whatever you've got, I promise."

Lazier:

Lazier immediately covered himself in force fields to defend against whatever that... thing could come up with. He decided that a good impression might lighten his beating a bit, although from the looks of the creature, he wouldn't stop until he got too tired to continue. "Pleasure to meet you. My name is Lazier Beeme, what's yours?" he said. " Please don't kill me. Please don't kill me. Please don't kill me," is what he thought.

"Hi dere!" Patchy waved, "Dey call me Patchworks or somtimes Patchy dat gud too." he finished bobbing his head.

Her heart pounded as adrenaline pulsed through her. Her vision narrowed as she focused her attention on Radon. As she executed a roundhouse kick to his left side, she still struggled to pull the hits. Her mind cried in agony, fighting every instinct she had. She could smell his fear and it was wonderful. The darkness, her fury, crawled through her viens, burning every part of her. It demanded release.

It roared in her mind as she swept kicked at him. She gritted her teeth, feeling her fangs extend, biting into her lower lip. Her eyes darkend with a preadator gaze as she locked eyes with him. Enemy , it purred to her, stoking her survival instinct.

Celes flipped backwards and crouched, staring at him as she fought off her dark side. Tears began to well in her eyes as her claws dug sharply into her fisted palms. She struggled for command of her body as a storm of choas brewed inside her. She was drowing.

A soft, growl oozed from her lips as she stared at him. Enemy. Weak. Touched you. Fight him, it roared, clawing its way through her mind. She sprang quickly at him like a jungle cat. Her wings sprouted from her body in a liquid motion, flaring as she tackled him.

She rode his body to the ground, knees pinning him as she sat on his lower body. Her wings encased them in a shield of white and black feathers, blocking them from the others. Her hands dug into the floor on both sides of his head. She stared down at him, her breathing heavy, her eyes pooling with darkness. She leaned in, her lips hovering over his as she purred,"Gotcha."

Celes swam back into control as she stared down at Radon. The darkness bleeding from her eyes. Her heart thundered as she saw him, tasting his fear in the air. She breathed raggedly as she pulled her head back from him. She started to cry, her tears running down her cheeks.

"Oh..God...I'm..I'm so sorry.." she breathed, sadness and fear straining her voice.

She sat there in shock staring at him, hearing his heart thundering. She shivered, still crying, torment obvious.

"I..I..would never hurt you..any of you...it...it just..." she sobbed leaping up from him.

She glanced around the room, her anguish tearing at her. She locked eyes with Radon as she wrapped her arms around her.

"I...I...gotta go..." she whispered, running from the gym.

She darted outside and collapsed around the corner, wrapping her wings protectively around her. She dropped her head into her hands and cried.

"I'm pretty good with claws, I got to practice non-lethal fighting." Alan said as he prepared to get out of the way of Raymond ax. As the blunt end came towards him every bone in his body tried to escape. His dark armor shut off instinctivly, it was worse than yesterday. Unfortunatly Raymond was already swinging his ax and it hit him in the side of the head. Alan went out like a light.
Psyosis went over quickly, "Why did he drop his armor?" As he started to draw the pain into him, there was alot of it. "What did you do to him?" Psyosis looked at Raymond.

A dark figure wearing worn jeans and a black jacket sat down next to Cele and took a drag off a cigarette. "You alright?" He asked the sobbing hybred. "I'll take that as a no. If it makes you feel any better that was an impressive show in there." He chuckled. "Take right after your old man." That seemed to get her attention. "No I don't work for him, I hate his...I'm not sure if he has guts. But thats not the point, someone like you has got to take precautions, it's only a matter of time isn't it. Your soul is getting smaller after all." He chuckled darkly. "Alan has an agreement penned up that asks the Night Watch to kill him if he loses his soul. Cigarette?"

(OOC Note: Forgot to add that Alan wasn't paying attention to anyones fight, but his own and Psyosis was going to help, but Alan face down took priority.)

"I have done nothing but what we are supposed to be doing. I swung my axe at him, with the blunt side facing him. Its understanding that he was knocked out, but I can't explain why he shut off his armor..." said Raymond as he leaned on his axe.

"All he really had to do to avoid my swings would have been to step back one more step. I have been rooted to the ground since the beginning of the fight. He'll be all right though, right?"

General Outrage was noticing a few issues during training, and decided it was time to address them, "Hey, Corps lackey! Keep away from my cadet! Buck, fix 'im up! Nice swing Raymond, but don't think that I like you!" he then went outside to check on Celes,"Cadet Celes! Explain why you ran out of my training! I won't have ANY of MY cadets breaking down for a simple loss of control! I've had hundreds of cadets with control issues like yours, but they didn't collapse every time they lost it! You know what? I think you're soft! Well, I'll have no more breakdowns from you! Next time you lose control, just regain your composure and KEEP TRAINING! How do you expect to control your dark side if you don't risk it taking over? Each time you go nuts, fight to contol it, your losses of control will happen less often, and won't last as long! That's how all my previous control cases got over it, and that's how you're gonna get over it! Is that clear?!"

(OOC: See? He may be mean and harsh, but he cares.)

(( OOC: Sorry I havent posted in a few days, but I've been sick. As to when I post, generally anytime theres a computer handy.))

Embher watched the exchange between the General and Sartain, while he was glad he had made her train, he understood there must be a reason she didn't want to. As she approached him, he noticed that she was using some of the hand signals he had been taught in Bragg.
I can't remember what they all mean, but I can tell she doesn't want to lose her cool. Good thing Outrage paired the two of us up. With a thought, flames started to creep along Embhers skin, her hair blew in a slight breeze, and suddenly, WHOOOSH! an explosion. Fire surrounded his body, but it didn't seem to burn him.
"Dont worry, it wont burn you, and it'll help protect me, just try to dodge my blows or roll with them." , he whispered, hoping that she had heard him.

Tigonus looked at the young girl. Not as a hunter stalking his prey, but as a child, not understanding why he has to do something. "I don't understand, we are to fight, but why?"

After asking himself this question, he was reminded of his homeworld, where slaves fought each other, sometimes to the death. He decided he would try his hardest not to hurt the young woman, but on his world, the loser did not eat.

Tigonus stepped in a circular pattern around the girl, sniffing, she was nervous. He pounced on her, without a sound, and with his powerful fist, he struck her in the face as hard as he could. Maybe if he knocked her out, he could eat before the others.
(( OOC: Akazi may have to use a mental blast to take Tig down, he doesn't understand the concept of sparring completely))

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?

Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

Radon's mind was in a million places at once, not a good thing in a fight even if it's just practice. He was defending and evading mostly by reflex instead of by skill. After avoiding a sweep kick from Celes he happened to look up into her eyes and he the darkness enveloping them. Without warning she somersaulted backwards landing in a crouch. All of a sudden she started to snarl at him.

"Oh shi..." he started to say as she pounced on him, knocking him to the floor.

As her wings cut them off from the rest of the world he knew he was at her mercy. He didn't know what had happened to her but something was wrong, something had caused her to change. His head swirling from the impact with the ground he looked up as her claws came down at him and at the last second broke away from his face and into the floor. All of a sudden her face was hovering just inches in front of his own.

"Gotcha."

Radon took his first breath in almost a minute as Celes leapt off of him tears running down her face as she apologized. Before he could stop her she bolted out of the gym. As he attempted to get up his mind finally registed the pain and he fell back to the ground gasping.

"D*** that hurts, I hope she's okay. I'll go talk to her after the world stops spinning. Hmm, I wonder if it's wierd that I kinda enjoyed that." he thought to himself as he tried to get himself together.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

The man in blue had been watching the entire exchange with interest. A smirk crossed his face as Celes ran out of the room and he saw Radon fall trying to get to his feet. He was about to follow the girl when he spotted General Outrage going after her.

"That girls seems quite interesting, I think I'll have to have a few words with her in private before open sparring begins." he thought as he waited for her to return.

Psyosis ignored General Outrage as he healed Alan. "I should be able to, but there is more pain here than a head wound could cause. I think it's...yes that was the problem." He encourged his skull to heal and close the cracks and asorbed the pain. Alan opened his eye and sat up.
"What the h...he still here!" And Alan got up and started running.
Psyosis followed him, "Wait, who?" then saw Radon trying to get up and went to help him. He drew all Radon's pain into himself, along with every other negitive emotion going through him. He crouched down and asked quietly "What are you so worried about."

The dark figure got up from next to Cele, "Well I got other things to do today. But take my advice seriously, I hate to see your father get ahold of you." He took his Sunglasses off revealing two empty sockets with the skin around it peeled away. "Hope we meet again." And he started to turn into mist and float apart till he simply stopped being.
Alan came around the corner, "Damnit, I just missed." He noticed General Outrage and Cele. "Uh, was there someone else here just now.

Celes wiped the tears from her eyes as the man spoke. She spread some of her feathers to peer at him. She narrowed her eyes at him as he spoke of her father. How does he know my father? Well...everyone knows who my father is but not that I'm HIS child. Who is this man?

She cleared her throat before speaking, her tears slowly subsiding. She still hid in her wings.

"No..no thank you. Cigerattes will kill you," she replied jokingly," How..how do you know.." she began but was cut off as General Outrage appeared.

She winced as he started his rant. She stared at him for a moment. He was right. She had come here to learn control, to no longer be a broken mind. She had always seperated herself. Her demon side and angelic side were different enities with in her. It was the rift she created within her own mind that caused these issues. Her personality would drown, swallowed up by whatever side was attempting to dominate her. More often than not, it was her demonic side.

She recalled her wings as she stood, facing Gen. Outrage. She rubbed at her red eyes, removing the last traces of her tears. Fear still crawled through her. Whenever things looked bad, when her chance of survival low, the dark one would take over. Celes had learned to submit to it. She usually blacked out when the darkness took control. She had been fighting it lately, but it was a losing battle. She looked at the man, a shiver running through her as she stared into his sockets. Her heart ached in pity for the man, her sadness flowed through her in a wave. Will this happen to me? No one knoews what will become of me... She looked at Gen. Outrage, determination gleaming in her eyes.

"Sir, sorry I left. I am ready to continue. Sir," she replied. She glanced up as Alan came around the corner.

She cocked her head as she looked at Alan. How did he know? "Ummm...yes there was. Do you know who he was?" she asked, walking towards him.

Not using her psi sense, she tried to anticipate what Tigonus would do first. He circled a few times and she kept an eye on his movements. Nothing had prepared her for the speed he demonstrated. He was standing and sniffing the air one second, and then he was on her. A quick punch to the face made her see a bright flash. Then the training room went hazy. She tried to keep her focus through the double vision. "Great. Now what do I do?" she thought. She needed a plan before he tore into her even more. She tried to bring her palm up fast under his chin. She grabbed a handful of his fur before attempting the shot, hoping to distract him a bit...or make him even more ferocious.

((OOC: manofmanychars posted earlier "only hand-to-hand or self-affecting powers are allowed" so I was assuming Akazi couldn't psychic blast Tigonus. If this is not the case...kitty will be purring at her feet in seconds. ))

Alan hadn't thought about this, "Uh well, yes I kinda know him. You see, uh, your not the only one here with father problems. No one believes me, but I think you just saw Broken Ribs, my father." Alan perma-smile became very weak. "He died in a gang fight before I was born, that was 18 years ago. But he's been back for the last two. Any tests they've done say he hasn't even come back to life." He looked at Celes's red eyes. "Uh, did he say anything?"
General Outrage eyed him, shook his head and walked back to the gym, probly thinking something along the lines as of 'We have to keep the nutjob here why?' On the upside, Alan thought it's not hard to stabd anymore.

Raymond came running towards Alan as fast as he could. He hadn't unrooted himself yet, so he looked quite foolish.

"Great Scott Man, why the devil did you turn off your shield. If I hadn't used the blunt part of my axe, you'd be dead. That kind of reckless behavior is going to get you killed and this entire Academy in trouble...Oh why the devil am I yelling at you. I was just afraid you were dead. That was the first time in a long time that I have experienced fear...I suppose that attack of yours could cause me some trouble later on now." Lord Raymond smiled, and he was actually happy this time.

Janice waited for the impact, feeling the heat from Embhers flames. One good shot was all she would need, to make it look like she had a glass jaw. With no abilities outside a normal human's, fighting hand-to-hand with a Meta or Mutie would have been quick anyway. She wouldn't have been foolish enough to attempt it on an enemy obviously enhanced.

At range, well, that's where she fought. Steel and Green Dot could even the odds wonderfully, and anything that could throw slugs was her domain. In her room was an antique wooden box, lined with leather and felt and bearing a small plaque: "Fear no man, no matter his size, Just call upon me, I'll equalize. Samuel Colt." The pair of Colt Presentation Peacemakers inside a gift from her last commander.

((OOC: Janice will wait a little longer for the punch, which she hopes is thrown. If it doesn't come, I'll have to get creative.))

Michael really didn't want to hit Sartain, but they were soldiers, so she was going down. That had always been one of the things that his wife had enjoyed about him, even though it made her nervous. He was driven, if someone told him he couldn't do something, he did it just to prove them wrong, and he never backed down from a reasonable challenge.
This wasn't right though, Sartain didn't want to spar, but they had to.Swallowing his doubts, and moving with a speed that was very impressive for a man of his size, he decked her, right in the jaw. Damn, I hope I didn't hurt her. Sparring should be consensual, more fun that way.

Tigonus watched as he saw the girl stagger. She is stronger than she appears, or maybe I just didn't hit her hard enough? He was surprised when she grabbed him by his fur, and even more surprised when she struck him under his chin. Realizing that he shouldn't have assumed the girls battle prowess from her appearance, leapt backwards, out of arms reach.
"A good blow, but can you do it again?"
While he was asking this, he had hardened his skin, making his fur sparkle in the light. He hated to do this, as it made him tire easier, but this would be all the defense he should need for now.

((OOC: I only suggested that she may have to if he loses his temper to much. Tigonus is an animal that resembles a mna, not a man that resembles an animal. Or if you prefer, if he does lose his cool, maybe someone else can take him out.))

She felt the hit, and stars sparkled behind her eyes. It wasn't too much of an act to fall backwards, stumbling to avoid making it obvious, and sitting down hard on the mats. She hated melee, mostly for this reason, getting headshots or stunned. Keeping her jaw tight had helped, no smashing between her teeth or biting her tongue.

Embher could obviously hit hard, she hoped he had pulled the punch. Lying on her back, sounds were distorted and the world spun. There was shouting and the sounds of several other partners sparring, and someone closer calling out, but to who she didn't know. Just being still seemed to be a good idea now, and knowing that this was all a game kept her from worrying about getting up.

If this didn't satisfy Outrage, he could pack sand, for all she cared. She was a recruit, right enough, and expected nothing special in treatment, but forcing a soldier to play when they were injured, that was beyond good leadership. Her injury might have been mental, but you wouldn't send a wetware specialist in to coax out a suspect, any more than you would send a clerk into a tunnel-fight alone. Janice had been trained one way, and her finesse was not with pulling punches, it was ending fights before they got that close.

Maybe she would ask Embher out for dinner later, anyone that could hit like that deserved a second look, she thought. Assuming she could still chew. She'd have to ask him, she hadn't seen a wedding band.

((OOC: If Outrage wants to come and yell over her, she'll lay there and be dazed. However, the sight of greenish-orange blood (it still carries oxygen) might unsettle some. If she gets sent to the medicals, she'll ask Embher later about dinner. She is also still looking for a roomie.))

She blinked nervously at Alan. "I...I really do not have problems with my father...just his minions...I understand his motives much better then the angels..," she murmmered quietly.

Celes stepped closer to Alan, the reddeness slowly leaving her eyes. She cautiously reached a hand out and placed it on his shoulder.

"Please be wary of your powers,Alan. Your soul is worth so much," she replied with rich concern in her voice. Her eyes full of sadness for him.

"I believe you, Alan. Trust me there are a lot of very wierd things in this world. I do not yet know what he was but I did see him..." she trailed off, nervousness cold in the pit of her stomach.

She couldn't find the strength to tell him she knew of his deal with the Nightwatch. She removed her hand from his shoulder and sighed deeply.

"I..I need to go check on Radon. God...I hope he's...ummm...i hope i didn't scare him..." she fumbled as she walked past Alan and headed to the gym.

She bit her lip nervously as she shuffled back into the gym, nervousness and fear swirling in her blue eyes. Her heart thundered as she saw Pysosis leaning over Radon's prone form. She darted over to Radon's other side and dropped to her knees. She unconsciously slid her hand under his head to cushion it.

"Ooohh...Radon I'm sorry. I..I..lost control...Please,Please forgive me...I would never hurt you purposely...oohh do not hate me..." she rambled her voice heavy with sadness and pain as she stared down at him.

General Outrage returned to the gym, satisfied with his pep talk, to find Tigonus pouncing on Akazi, and Sartain taking a hit, obviously deliberately. "Hey, fluffy! Calm down, this is training, not a real fight! Sartain, if I see you deliberately taking a hit again, you'll do so many push-ups, you won't be able to lift your gun for a month! Also, I'm calling in Private Party to repair your lessened morale," as he said that, a man in baggy military uniform, except tie-dyed, came in. Private Party may seem unkempt, but he's the best tactician and military history buff on the Earth. Also, he was one of the most powerful empaths, causing all that see him to feel happy, no matter what other circumstances existed. Also, his effects disappeared slowly, to prevent withdrawl-like symptoms. He decided to say hello to the cadets, "Hey, guys, how are ya? Looks like a few of you've had rough mornings, but think of it this way: at least that tight*ss, Corporal Punishment, isn't here. He'd be WAY too macho to call me in, that's why I like General Outrage, he's harsh, but a good leader. But this isn't about MY problems, it's about yours. I know how to chase out the negative feelings: jazzercise!" he was smiling as much as Buck usually does.

(OOC: Private Party's power is so strong that nobody is feeling bad anymore, if they can see him. Also, they're all feeling so good, they will jazzercise, even if they usually detest it. Happiness is the best form of mind control.)

Alan watched Celes leave, "Uh, sure, I will." He turned to Raymond saying under his breath, "I think that still counts as father problems." He shrugged. "Back there, I turned my armor off because my power was about to surge. Last time it happened my foster father spent three days on lifesupport and I'm stronger now, I could probly kill the entire gym if that happens, so if I died then it would probly be a good trade. We should probly get back to the gym, well call this match in your favor alright." Alan started back to the gym, he was slightly nervous and managed not to show it. His 'father' had come this close to him, to date the closest had been the Skyway sighting.

"Nevermind Radon, I have to talk to Alan anyway." Psyosis got up as he spoke. "You'll be fine Radon, I got all the pain and all the damage I could fnd is gone and your normal feelings of dread and such will be returning to normal any second now." He started to walk out when, what he was fair sure was a clown walked in. And used a wave that took away all the negitive feelings he had at that moment, with the exception of those that he had stashed away, though some of it was shaved off.
Psyosis placed his face and was immediatly interested in the man. He walked over to Private Party, "Hello Private Party, I'm Psyosis, last time I checked I was number three on the list of empaths." He had always wanted to meet the others on the list to see how thier powers differed.

(OOC Note: He is third only because he very good with negitive emotions, but he is almost blind to postive one.)

"What are you so worried about."

Radon's pain left him and his negativity disappeared for a few seconds as Psyosis used his powers on him. Even though he was fine, he was still pretending to be injured hoping Psyosis might go away. He had no respect for heroes who only used their powers for good when the were paid to and had no intention of answering his question.

"If I wouldn't tell my friends, what makes him think I'd tell him?" he thought to himself as he continued to play possum.

Suddenly, Celes was at his side apologizing for what she had done. A second later Psyosis rose to his feet and left bringing a smile to his face.

"Don't worry about what happened Celes, no harm no foul. Besides this is the whole point of training right? Learning to expect the unexpected." Radon said as he rose to his feet.

Before he even knew what was going on he was on his back again looking up at the ceiling. More surprised than hurt he sat up and spotted the man in blue standing beside Celes.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

"Ha ha, so much for expecting the unexpected. How pathetic can you get? You don't even deserve be in the presence of such an attractive woman, so I'm gonna take her off your hands for you. Later." he said as he put his arm around Celes and started walking away.

Out of the corner of his eye he spotted Private Party coming and made sure her back was to him so she wouldn't see him. He knew she would be reluctant to come with him, so he leaned in close and whispered in her ear.

"I know it doesn't seem like it from the way I've been acting, but I'm here to help. Come with me and I'll explain. By the way, whatever you do don't look back." he said glancing over his shoulder at the private.
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Radon had just gotten back up and was about to intervene when he heard someone speaking. Instinctively he turned around to look and spotted Private Parts. All of a sudden his fears and anger just melted away and he started Jazzercising.

"I feel awesome, I love to Jazzercise. I wonder why we don't do this more often." he thought as he continued his aerobics.

Janice was a little slow in getting up, but her head was clearing and her jaw didn't feel broken. She rubbed it and worked the hinge back and forth, running her tongue over the inside of her teeth, feeling that they were all still there. The taste of sulphur told her she probably had a split lip, and she wiped at it with her shirt.

"Nice shot, brother," she spoke quietly to her partner, giving him a wink through her still unsure vision. There was some new guy, in tie-dye, walking around the room. For a para-military facility, this place had some oddball instructors. The warm fuzziness of an Empath intruded on her mind, and she narrowed focus.

"Hey there Mindy," she pronounced it Mind-ee, "would appreciate it if you keep your brain drugs to yourself. Not everyone wants to get high." Her tone didn't come across as angry, just a request.

"About the aerobics, that sounds like the first good idea I've heard since Revelie." She stepped onto the floor, anxious to begin.

((OOC: Funny you should say Jazzercise. From 1988 to 1992 the US Army Airborne units in Vicenza Italy, 3/325 and 319, as well as some troops from Group had an aerobics schedule run by "Helga from Hell", a German instructor, famous for her murderous routines. Trust me, after 70 minutes of high impact with her, there were guys with Green Beenies ready to defect. The Silent Combat Team guys were afraid of her, lol.))

"Wow, number three, I'm impressed, Psyosis. You're only two places less powerful than me. I haven't even turned on my happiness waves, and most of the cadets are jazzercising. Hell, you'll be jazzercising when I turn it up to full blast," Private Party did just that, turning his good vibrations up so high that every depressed person in the city decided that things weren't so bad, and all the criminals decided to call it a day. Even people in New York and Vermont felt a little tingle of happiness in the back of their minds. "This isn't even one percent of my full power. At full power, I could make people on the Kheldian home world happy. At full power, I could reach the Rikti dimension, Axis America, the Praetorian dimension, the Hydra dimension, the Shadow Shard, AND the Black Shroud dimension. If my psionic powers hurt instead of helped, I could end all life in the universe with but a single thought. But if I had any thoughts of really harming an innocent person, my psychic powers would instantly disappear, because, you see, my powers are the product of a curse gone somewhat wrong. You see, Psyosis, as the best tactical mind on Earth, you make some enemies. The people of the Middle East contracted a powerful mage to curse me so that I wouldn't harm them. The mage gave me psychic powers that would make people so happy, that they would be blinded to an impending attack. Fortunately, I was able to learn control of my powers in twenty minutes. The second part of the curse was that if I had even one serious thought of harming an innocent, I would die on the spot. Too bad for them, but the whole innocence thing is based on MY perception, and I consider them everything BUT innocent. So, there's a very minor trade-off for my powers. So, what's your specialty, Psyosis?" Private Party's expression was an odd combination of kindness, happiness, and smugness.

(OOC: He isn't allowed to enter combat, nor are General Outrage, nor Corporal Punishment, because they are so uber. They would need an intense beating with the ol' nerf stick to allow them to help the good guys. Bad guys can be uber, not good guys.)

Psyosis didn't feel much like jazzercising, he walled his mind off and started to leak some of the negitive energy he had built up over the years to hold off Private Party's power, it was an uphill battle, but at the moment he was holding on. "Number one, I got to check more often. Anyway, my speciality is the absorption of negitive emotions and pain. I pick them up if I want to or not and I hang on to them, they stay with me till I let them out. Took me sometime to learn how to block them out. Still kinda hard to walk down a steert though, I pick up every negitive emotion that happened there in the past ten years and this being Paragon City it's hard to find somewhere where one hasn't happened. Kinda how I got the name, it's a bad play on Osmosis." He was still couldn't believe he was meeting the number one empath, that and how odd he was.
