ok i need help with a giant problem. i need to take out two powers to put in fly. i also need to move two slots to fly so that i can have some speed in it.

im thinking of removing inertial reduction (cuz three travel powers seems rediculous) and increase density (cuz its such a situational power for me, only use it once someone gets held) but the problem is i don't know where to find the slots... i managed to find one slot cuz i had 3 hold enhancemets in my blind.. but what other slot before 41?

i use the group template that the OP posted

I have a problem, I want to use recall at a level prior to 15 but if I do so, I get a conflict in slotting: i dont want to move up PA, stamina and phantasm but if I move down recall (which provides slots for stamina) I have to move up a power that uses no slots. which should it be?

another thing is, I'm thinking of switching speedboost fir decieve, speedboost is only of use for my phantasms (limited) and I'll put soloing before teaming.

I hope everyone enjoyed Kinetics pre issue 4, because they gutted it in PVE and PVP. I would not reccomend it as a powerset anymore. Gee I'm glad I worked and spent the time to get to 50 with it before it was ruined.

How about some examples or observations? The little testing that I've done with Ill/Kin has been favorable...specifically to Siphon Speed.

With I4 out and the change to Superior invisibility, i opted for that instead of Group Invis (since I prefer to solo). Since SI is a toggle, would I have been better off with GI regardless?

I would question your sanity for waiting so long to get flash.

That power can save a group wipe if slotted as soon as possible. It will turn a large group encounter into a small one (if any resist) and allow you to kill at relative ease.

Its that important,

Seconding on dataset's comment, this guide really needs an update to reflect all the changes from I5 (Possibly with a name change to reflect the distinct loss Uber) and perhaps the ID changes as well.

Or maybe we need to muddle through the ID issue on our own for a little bit...
