Does Power 10 affect Reverse Sidekicking?

It should.
At 22nd level I can have all SO's...in the Power 10.
From 22 to 32 all my stepchild powers will still be DO's.

So if I RSK down to 32, do all the Who-Needs-These-Power 18's become DO's, while all my Power 10's remain SO's down to 22?

THe following is a quote from POZ from this thread:
Exemplar/Aspirant Question

AFAIK they do scale down but you will still have more slots in your powers than someone naturally a lower level than you so you will be stronger regardless of the scaling down.

[/ QUOTE ]
Correct. They transition smoothly from SO to DO to Training, so there is no cliff you need to worry about. The intention is for your powers to be a bit better than they would be if you were naturally at that level (assuming you have more enhancement slots in it).

I think that by "smoothly," Poz is saying that the enhancements aren't going to skip from 33% to 16% over a single level gap. The enhancements will probably provide a smooth progression, maybe SOs give a 20% boost as level 20, 25% at 21 and full at 22. Likewise, a smooth gradient from level 10 to 20 to go from training to DO to SO.

I could be wrong, but that's what I'm reading from that reply.

Plus, just because you can't buy the non-power 10, doesn't mean they don't exist at those levels. I had a level 17 Flight SO once.

Conceptually, this is correct (though the numbers themselves are different). No Enhancement of that particular type needs to actually exist "naturally" at your Exemplar level.

Could you tell us the numbers?

That would be braking their "tease but don't give any real infromation" rule

*hides from the devs*

They might as well. Since we get combat hit point values accurate to two decimal places, getting this all worked out is simply a matter of time.

It'll just involve a ton of data collection.

The easiest thing to do is to have a high lev ex down to a lowbie of the same type, e.g. claws scrapper with claws scrapper. They fight at equivalent CL, with the same attacks, you you can directly compare the numbers. Just remember to factor in the number of enhancement slots.

All we need is:

Combat level of exemplar, damage done by attacks of both exemplar and aspirant, and what damages everyone has slotted. The numbers will drop right out from this information.

Erm, I am a bit confused by this so maybe someone can explain. This is how I am reading this:

If I exemplar down, my SO's will lose power as long as I exemplared correct? I would of sworn that I once exemplared to level 2 or 3 before and my Hasten was still perma. If SO's lost their power, wouldn't Hasten no longer be perma?

I would also like to mention (since this thread is like a year old) that in the intervening time anybody who gets to 'friend' with a contact of their origin that they get at level 20 will have access to level 25 Oddball 18 SOs.

...wow, this might be evidence of a nasty bug with auto-execution. Either that or you're misremembering.

In theory, you wouldn't be able to activate Hasten unless you were exemplared to level 6, since that's the first level you can get it at.
