My GPA never recovered, but that's another story.

I pretty much quit drawing completely for several years, and just started again a month or so ago. It's true, it's like riding a bicycle....if only everything hadn't gone digital and out-paced me.

I still find photorealism easier than comic-style, and I still loathe any media beyond pencils, colored pencils, or pens. I might have award-winning acrylics on the walls, but I wouldn't touch a paintbrush again to save my life.

...been doodling for as long as I can remember. wasnt till I turned 13 when I got involved with Champions (the best table top Super Hero RPG EVAH!!!) that I really started working at it. just plain copy paper, a .5 pencil and lots of erasers. 20+ years later....I stopped for a good bit and have recently picked up the pencil again for a few renditions. kinda wish I had stayed focus'd on it like I was years ago...

...ah well...spilt milk an all that jazz~

abandon him? nah...was just getting frustrated with a couple parts not working out how I envisioned is all. for the most part I am happy with what I posted. regardin the bow..nice lil catch was wonderin if people would figure it out. figure (arty wise) that it would resemble hours even more when he draws for a shot.

thanx Serengeti, while I am drawing for the moment was mainly to get these outta my brain pan and on paper as I like the looks and the feel I have for them. makes five now that I have this way. ...although, I havent drawn Asgarthr yet...and to be honest I probably wont since Alex pretty much nailed him spot on. ~

the minor updates which I didnt post before going ta bed last night:

...these are looking to be what I will be working on in digi land. still not happy with the hart but hopefully I can get it to work in digi...the boww I am relatively happy with. wp's foreshortening still isnt the greatest but a lil better and good enough for me at this point.~

did a lil work on wp...changed the foreshortened arm up a nit and also changed the mask slightly. added stylized belt buckle as well...but really should redue it so it's cleaner and more balanced.

as far as crosshart goes...had to put him away for a bit....the hart and bow are causing me fits and thinkin I may erase through the durn paper. once I get those two pieces nailed to my satisfaction I can get him to the coloring stage.

...thinkin once I complete these two I'll drop them with nitecrow and citenik into a single composite pic, only a simple back drop more than likely but I may get ambitious and find a nifty site in game and take a screenie for a backdrop~

...played with a couple themed characters but still havent come up with anything I like or original enough. although I suppose I should just give up on the original part and go with what I think looks good. but maaaannnn I wish we could do asymetrical costumes....~

...I still think the one gal looks like Say...but probably cause I know her character better. sorry, just sayn. ~

...aahh...gotcha...well...for what its worth I like her look as it is now. I wouldnt change a thing. ~
