Very nice, flashrains! I'll be honest and admit that I was stymied trying to come up with the same concept.

Inspiration strikes again and I present to you the third Cohort of the Legio Praetoria. This is a secret branch within the Legion, tasked with more covert operations, as well as watching over the Legio itself.
The Custodes Cohort
Phoebus Primordius - The result of an IDF weapons experiment gone wrong, Phoebus Primordius is a being of pure atomic energy.
Balatro - One of the best assassins in service of the Emperor, Balatro's jovial appearance is in stark contrast to his sadistic nature.
Ninox Minerva - This stalwart hero uses his great technological knowledge and combat prowess to safeguard Praetoria.
Domina Phasma - The daughter of Balatro and the second to bear the name, Domina Phasma, leads a mob of convicted criminals eager to curry her favor in order to continue living in the service of Emperor Cole.
Cui Perfidus - The ever-vigilant, Cui Perfidus, asks only one question, "Who is treasonous?"

Considering I'm about to take a server full of alts through Praetoria, I better learn to love ambushes. From what I've played, I remember the ambushes being pretty hard, but I've not yet played the missions with either Stalkers or Defenders.
Still, I have to agree with Bosstone that the Praetoria 1-20 is more enjoyable for me than Red or Blue side, for all the same reasons. -
Here are two possible new alts for the Legio. As much as I like these two, I'm unable to come up with good ideas for the other members of the team they reference.

Thank you all for the kind words! That's wonderful encouragement for me and I really appreciate it.
Making alts in CoH is the creative outlet for me for the last two years, not only with costumes, but with backstories that I've been writing. As much as I do it for myself, I do appreciate the compliments.
So, thank you, again.
I'm tempted to make more, though I've already filled up all available slots on Pinnacle with the Legio Praetoria. And I really doubt I can justify purchasing another full server of slots (as I've done on Virtue) just to make more alts.
But....I've been thinking about how a certain team of mutants would make excellent Resistance/Syndicate members. -

The names should not shuffle on you again, but you may have to re-adjust/reset your file again for new characters.

So I like having my characters in a specific order on the character select screen, but it seems that I can never get the sequence to stick. Everytime I re-sequence my characters, they get set back to whatever order the games wants it to be whenever I return to the character selection screen.
Is there a way to get the sequence of characters to stay the way i want? -
I've changed the Legio Praetoria a little bit and added some new heroes.
The Legio Praetoria are Praetoria's Mightiest Heroes, sworn to defend the citizens of Praetoria and enforce the laws of Emperor Cole. Their ranks are divided into two cohorts, each a powerful team in its own right.
The Vengeance Cohort
Tribune Praetoria - The Sentinel of Security is a grizzled veteran of the Hamidon Wars and continues to serve Emperor Cole as leader of the Vengeance Cohort. His battlecry, "Pax Praetoria!" is often enough to send foes fleeing before him.
Lorica Vulcanus - The Armor of Vulcan is worn by the personal body guard of the CEO of Vulcan Enterprises, a major weapons supplier to the IDF.
Jupiter Fulgens - A mighty and noble being from another dimension has adopted the guise of an aspect of Jupiter. The power of the storms themselves are wielded in the Name of the Emperor!
Vespa-Dyne - Even the privileged classes in Praetoria heed the call of the Emperor. The Vespa-Dyne is the invention of the heiress to Janus Technology. Based on a common Clockwork body, the Vespa-Dyne is yet another arrow in the arsenal of the Legio.
Orcuss - An unnamed victim of a military experiment gone wrong, the Unbelievable Orcuss was created in the accidental detonation of a new type bomb. Possessing incredible strength and durability, the Orcuss is an unstoppable force in the fight against those who would oppose the Emperor.
Centurion Arcus - Originally a special operative in the IDF, the man now known as Centurion Arcus is an accomplished bowman and utilizes an extensive array of hi-tech arrows.
Tigris Nox - The silent Tigris Nox stalks his prey in the concrete jungles of Praetoria. It is rumored that Tigris Nox fought his way to Praetoria from the Hamidon infested lands of Africa.
The Justice Cohort
Praefectus Ultima - Perhaps the only known survivor of the devastated wasteland once known as Kansas, the child who would be Praefectus Ultima was raised in the orphanages of The Emperor's Children. Imbued with great strength and power, he serves the father of all Praetorians, Emperor Cole, as the leader of the Justice Cohort.
Centurion Noctis - Not much is known of this dark centurion, only that he possesses a ruthless intellect and a body honed into the ultimate human weapon.
Praetoria Maxima - A member of a tribe of warrior women from the ruins of South America, Maxima is one of the most powerful and skilled fighters in the Legio.
Viridicatus - Wielding his emerald energy gauntlets, Viridicatus is a fearless soldier of the Emperor.
Celeres - A former forensic scientist for the PPD and now the swiftest man alive, Celeres possesses lightning speed and harnesses the kinetic energy of his super speed to deliver powerful melee attacks.
Aquila Domina - Another former operative of the PPD, Aquila Domina swoops down from the skies, her twin gladii cutting a path of death towards her opponents.
Venator Martialis - An alien refugee, the Venator Martialis, uses his powerful psychic abilities to defeat all those who would tear down Praetoria. -
This has been a super fun project, thanks warden_de_dios. I'm especially loving the creative and visually dynamic ways you're showing off the characters.
I tell ya, it's almost enough to want an actual SG created for these alts. -

Whoa, Shadow State! That is some real nice work. The color combination is very striking, as is the overall design.
I'm especially taken aback by the concept, it is simply elegant. I could not figure out how to do a convincing single costume for Gemini. Yours is a brilliant idea by making them two characters.

Here's my entry for Libra, it's a fairly conventional interpretation. I toyed with a 1960s Secret Agent thing, but thought it was a bit of a stretch.
Justice
Little is known about the heroine named by the media as simply "Justice". Indeed, it is not certain if she is truly heroic. She has been known to capture criminals who have played the courts to their advantage, as well as free innocent people wrongly convicted.
Though blind, she has the power to see into a person and weigh them upon her scales. Their innocence or guilt will determine whether they are protected by her shield or punished by her sword.

Oh, I understand that a lot of the drubbing is Durraken's own making, but even in the criticism of the criticism Durraken has read, there's an underlying tone of hostility. Still, best not to dwell on that point, as I am probably just overly sensitive. It's not often i find myself on the "other" side of a geek cultural event.

The plot for the movie isn't great. It's not particularly bad, but it's got similar flaws that you will find in most high-production, action blockbusters.
However, it does seem to stay solidly within its own logic. If you can accept the concept of humans being digitized into a living, breathing computer world, then you should not have problems with any of the other more far-fetched concepts the movie advances.
No, the problems I had were with the internal logic. I'll grant that I may have missed something, as there were a few scenes that I had missed. So, perhaps I'm wrong about them, but still, it doesn't feel right.
In the end, the biggest problem I had with the movie was that it did not entertain men and I was not drawn into the world. -
Given the drubbing that Durraken is getting here, I'm kinda reluctant to post this, but here goes.
I saw Tron: Legacy and found it very flawed. The art direction was nice, but after you've watched twenty minutes of the Grid, you've seen it all. The plot was paper-thin and failed to capture me. Since I was so disengaged, I ended up poking holes in the plot. Not that it was a tough job, huge plot holes abound in this movie. The characters were very flat, without any clear motivations or direction. They moved where the plot needed them to move, simple as that.
I'll probably talk about the plot holes later next week, as I'd rather not give away any spoilers. -
I had trouble coming up with a look for Fenghuang (Chinese Phoenix), until I saw the Cape of the Eighth Circle. That made everything else fall into place.

I know that sometimes things cost money. If I want them, I have to pay for them. If I don't think it's worth the money, I don't pay for them. Either way, I recognize and understand that most things have a cost associated with them.
My young kids want stuff for free.
