The soft cap is 45% defense. On should you want to get that for range and AoE too.
That builds not soft capped, its kinda sad how bad it is.

Also use the data chunk, thats much easier.

I find that having about 35% def is all thats i need inorder to survive without my heal, against +4s (+3s for you).
But also, purples dude, purples. Anything more than that one slot (LotG) is a waste in veng imo.

Consume will still fill up 100% But you shouldn't need you it anyway, its a great set mule though. A goal is to get to the point where you can finish a mish and ticket cap before you get haste/rage crashs. Basically you finish the mish before you run out of end.

But yes, you will have time to use fences. Even on the highest rech builds it going to eventually in fit your chain. Is this a hybrid build? I see you have tough. If you're ok with farm only i could probably make a build with a price close to this with a lot more +rech.

You actually use actually use discharge? Thats not a good idea. Fences is much much much much better due to it's shorter animation and increased likelyhood of hitting its target cap. If you do want purples i would put the hold set in KoB, you should NOT be using it anyway :P

Also, why do you have tough/weave.

Shisui, I would grab six slot ball lightning and fences, slotting fences for dmg. Unless you are running at the dmg cap anyway.

mind/fire/Ice (sleet ftw ) perma dom would be my guess. But its REALLY REALLY REALLY boring, soloed LRSF on mine. I will never do it again.

And i dont think anyone could kill horny, he might also have high mez protection like states and LR, and maybe the hami if you cant confuse mitos. The ITF has been soloed i think.

Dont take telekinesis, get confuse, terrify is awesome so id get that, and stamina is inherent so you get it no matter what.

Some other highlights are incinerate, blaze (you HAVE to get this at 38), fire blast. And welcome to the game, i hope you like your mind/fire. Its a great combo.

By broken Dark Farmer likely means that FE doesnt show any numbers in combat attributes. However, the actual power works fine an is NOT broken.

EDIT: if i remember correctly in PvP FE still only gives a dmg boost, rather than the "proc" effect it has now.

I don’t know about your server but over here on guardian people are fundamentally opposed to paying to get PLed, for that reason I disregard it as possible a way to farm.
Not to mention you can end up having to spend time to get ppl to PL and that your inf and ticket/min lower as you get more ppl.

Glad to see you put Stupefy in jab, considering you shouldn’t even be using it in the 1st place.

its -25% end i believe. But you still get the -dmg (and -def if you didnt stack it)

Don't ever get Musculature on a brute, the +dmg is far to little to make much of a difference.

Edit: if you are going to get mu you want get fences, thats one of the reasons to get it. IF you do want to keep the KD from foot stomp and farm you could go with pyre but you wont kill as fast.

/SR is squishy until you get to SOs

Other than deleting a toon that had a couple 100mil I haven’t actually every missed a toon i deleted. But that is because i keep around toons quite a bit. Like my first toon, nrg/nrg blaster G-force is the name i believe (i don’t even remember the server he is no, might be Pinnacle). I stopped playing him once i found out Power Thrust was melee, so that was about 5 minutes of play time.
But after that there must have been about 100 toons i made that never made it past lvl 2 that i have deleted. One was an kat/SR toon, first toon with a toggle. Deleted him because i felt Focused Fighting was useless, really i didn’t know how to turn on a toggle. Ah, galaxy city...

Imo, its mu if you are farming most of the time. Soul if you arent.
However, it was brought up that pyre might have more DPS than mu on a really really high rech build because you wouldnt have time to use fences. However, I have not yet tested this.
