Nice update, glad to see new arts.

I'll try to be around for the pinkening TF later. I need to adjust my costume to include pink. For a master of all things darkand gloomy so far you've put me in a swimsuit and colored me pink. I dunno how original roxy is going to handle it all.

I've done a bit of digital and film photography, The pictures i took with the film camera were much better than the stuff i take with the digital one. Mostly cause i had to take my time steady the shot and actually think about how and where to take the pic, cause i always only had a roll or two on me. So 60pics on a good day. Now with the digi i shoot and shoot and shoot with a 2gig card i can take 700 10MP pics. Changes the way i look at my picture opportunities, i honestly put a lot less effort into it. For learning i agree film is good.

As for cameras my biggest complaint about my digital camera is blacks and solid colors. A lot of time they show up noisy and generally not so great. A night scene takes on a whole new tone when you can see all the shades of grey that make up the night sky.

(PS. I played with can openers film and developer and all that too.)

This month should be interesting, all the digital inkers and colorists brought to their knees by a crayola crayon. I dunno that i really enjoyed crayons as a kid. Most of my teachers made sure everybody brought a box the first day and then all those went into a bucket, and that was our bucket of crayons for the year...the lack of order, the brokeness...the mixing*sobs* poor crayons never saw it coming.

I'm not allowed to talk about betas i may or may not have been in, and i can't say that she will or will not make an awesome toon in APB. It's a nice piece of art and you'll definately enjoy being able to use it beyond the land of COH. Assuming the do or don't implement dual wield in APB...

I know the current teleport 'works' but i don't think it should be a case of "handling" the windup and root times. I think for anything other than a tank porting into combat is a fairly dangerous activity. For a troller or blaster i think being rooted in the middle of the mob you want to take out is a death sentence. The hover adds functionality for making TP a travel power but a teleport without that hover and delay is something that could have a niche in many builds.

I would certainly use something like this on my controller, to get out of fire or caltrop piles.

As the title implies this is about a short range teleport designed for use in combat.

Not saying any of these is desireable just that they exist, I'm not the first person to come up with this idea. It's something that people are interested in and it comes up often enough that it should come up again. I'm sure this also exists in lady-jades suggestion box, but the thread search tool was not very helpful.

I think this is a good idea as an addition to the teleport power pool. If/when Travel power pools get a 5th power this is something they should include.
