I noticed they do that way back when I sketched this in THP thread. Never thought they would become animated though.

Terrific sight gag with the tail, although cat tails do not wag, particularly not so frenetically. Rather, our tails sway with fluid grace.
I'd give it two thumbs up ... *if* I had thumbs, that is.
