OK role player...

Consider this, you paint cars for a living, you've done well for yourself and you own a small but successful paint shop. You've just finished painting a beautiful gold and black mustang, it looks great. Then a crazed man you've never seen before rushes into your shop and demands that you paint his car. You've never seen this man before nor have you ever even heard of him. He tells you I can't pay you but you can take as long as you like to do it.

What do you tell the man rushing into your shop demanding work without any ability to pay?

I may have an idea for this. We'll see how bad it comes out.

I've not played the loyalist side the language used by some of the resistance can be difficult at best to understand. Some characters are quite funny to read. Of course i've only played to level 12, KM is really plodding on teams, big wind up, oh its already dead...big wind up...dead again...next group! Haven't played since beta, i'm working on lightening my schedule so i can play again, meeting today at 11...:P

Personally i scrolled past rather quickly cause i'm at work I didn't see anything overt but all the same a quick glance could give the wrong opinion and well anyway nice artwork. I appreciate all the color the first words that came to mind were sherbert acid trip, though i think someone else might be able to use prettier words.

Also sorry for the loss of APB, I played the beta but didn't play after live, I was more into the MMO portion which i found a little light. It was really a cool game.

wow, mine looks so plain by comparison. Never could get into playing that character cause it wasn't quite right...If i ever get back my free time (unlikely) i'll have to try again.

You might look into finding a action figure plant tour or something. Or a "how its made" That should fill in your basic "how to" of action figures. That'll make building them a heck of a lot easier.

I think a good starter would be to take something like an iron man or spidey (simple costume) and add a ton of extra features spikes skulls chains belts etc etc etc then repaint and repaint. Give yourself some knowledge. Then go for a more specific look.

I saw a nice screen printing machine on an infomercial. If you can get similar results to what they show then that could simplify some of the patterns to replicate a particular costume. Google is definately your friend here. There's all sorts of tuorials and tips out there. You might try Instructables, they've got a lot of tips there. I imagine you can find all sorts of cosplay forums that could help you out.

Screenshots while artistic in their own way still come directly from their IP that's why they can use those in the contest. Assuming they aren't retaking the photos themselves.
