LOADING SCREEN CONTEST link

Hey, guys! I'd particularly like to get our resident artists involved in the Loading Screen Contest that's going on right now. Just posted a new thread about it here http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showt...47#post3202947 (which also links to the original announcement and rules).

Please tell me you people have been working on this. I'm kind of interested in seeing a Shia and/or Juggy sketch of the loading screens.

I got quite interested until I read the details. It reads at first ("resident artists") as if we're being invited to draw or paint something, but it seems to be just screenshot based.

That and, for some reason, if you live outside the US you can't join in. Why is that?

shipping, more legalese, take your pick. They can't use real art for the same reason they can't use code from the players, too much red tape. Screenshots while artistic in their own way still come directly from their IP that's why they can use those in the contest. Assuming they aren't retaking the photos themselves.
