I won't be moving from Virtue. I hardly ever get around to playing on justice which I;d call my 2nd server, so almost nil chance of playing on VIP after the first week shiney is away.

Thats because a lawyer wrote it and a lawyer can't be clear on something like that to save their life. If they can use big words that cover 20,000 things to describe the one expected situation you can bet that the lawyer will go for the biggest amount of coverage that they can.
The important thing to remember about EULA's are.
A) They exist to CYA the company for standard things the company does.
B) They have never actually been found to be enforcable.
D) Having one protects you [thus the CYA aspect] from lawsuits for your standard practices because you posted the standard practice in the EULA.
E) This is why the lawyer writing the bloody thing will try to make is as broad and general as they can.
I think its NCSofts is over the top with what it allows it to do, (its not alone in being over the top with EULAs either)

Just because I don't think it's likely someone will rob me doesn't mean I think it's smart to sign a document that says my yard service can unlock my house and look around in it whenever they want. Likewise, I don't like having to (ostensibly) consent to allowing NCSoft to basically do anything they want with my personal system because I use their service. Ticket farmers and XP farmers have different motives. A lot of people don't bother with the tickets, and are just leveling up their own 2nd account or some such. They're the ones likely to be charitable.
I have seen a scattering of pay to farm on virtue, but the broadcast chat normally scrolls through them pretty quick. -

If they don't like using email for it they could always take advantage of that new certificate/voucher tech. Current members with the right privileges can go to the sg registrar and create a "membership application" as a character item that can only be claimed by the global it was sent to. The character that claims it joins the group that sent it.
Perhaps if the worry is spam invites from RMT, lock it higher than tier 1/2 in the vet reward system. -

On fast moving teams I use it less, but its not useless. -

Is there a defined design difference between radial and core?

With purples available via E merits, they may be dips with price in the future.
I'd expect a slight hike in price with the purple sets that relate to time manipulation too. -
Make sure if you buy it online - not just thats its had ts code unused but you get the right EU/US version for your client.

The inevitable nerfs to accuracy each issue are actually triggered by using the freespec.

Enhancement boosters in the top 5 sales: I'm guessing thats a product of not paying real money for them.
I'm hoping we don't see the same one sided choices for barbarian costumes with Gender. At least we will be able to pick and choose a la carte.
Really disapointed by the story arc reward being 1 astral. I was really hoping that would bea solo friendly/small group method of incaranating. one E merit for each arc really doesnt seem that unbalanced, with an astral if you repeat the arc.
Fully expecting the contests to be locked to US only. Though EU gets a nod now n then for contests now. -

A lot of teaming is done with global chat channels. Free player cant access them, but most Preminum players will be able too.
Global chat channels allow you to look for groups/teams/taskforces/trials/catgirls across zones and server shards. -

Except for a few special cases. For example, Knockout Blow accepts range enhancements since it has an inherent range bonus. Which can lead to some funny things when you get enough range boost. The first mission of the Mender Ramiel arc is a good example(Where you get Limitless Radial Freeeem capping your range). You can use KO blow at sniping range in that.

Another factor with trial leaders to be considered, is that recently there become incentive for people who wouldn't choose to do the 'end game' to be a part of it - unlockable costumes, auras etc.
So there may be more than a few people who are willing to lead, but never have been part of the optimized TF group or lead much besides SG PUGS.
Who dislike the idea of repeating content (grinding) and definitely unaware of what large group leader protocols are meant to be.
