Sentient Flux - Back story being he is a mutant that was used in a experiment ( Big surprise there lol) and had electrically charged barbs implanted in his body. So the electric aura is actually meant to be coming from the spines to create a sort of lightning arc look. Like it so far, but like you have steered away from spines for the last 5 years due to theme conflicts, lol
EDIT - Sorry for small pic, here is the actual link http://img23.imageshack.us/f/screens...425231436.jpg/ -
Could someone post a build of their Stone/ tank with a good amount of +run speed and recharge? Im curious about playing one and have a nutty idea about a KM user also =P
-
Eh I kinda like the idea of a Granite tank doing all those fancy moves
-
Well I have decided to help a buddy of mine that understand absolutely nothing about IO's and sets or crafting them, unfortunately I have no experience with scrappers or his combo at all. I believe he is looking for something soft capped if possible, but any suggestions would be great as to what could be expected with his possible builds. Thanks in advance guys, BTW money isnt a issue for him at all. Thanks!!
-
So im curious, I haven't seen one of these running around in Game for a while and was kinda wondering why? I personally have a lvl 30 Fire/SS tank and he is a blast to play, much more Scranker than Tanker but still a blast. Is the combo overshadowed by better synergy sets now> just putting food for thought out there.
-
Well its confirmed, the old Invul/EM is still a beast IMO. I tested out the build I posted with a few other variations of IO sets to give me more regen on Statesman TF and Imperious TF tonight. It was excellent. On the states TF nothing could scratch me. Grabbed all 4 AVs at the end, and after Ghostwidow dropped I needed no heals the rest of the pull. On Recluse himself once the red tower dropped my healer left and went straight to the tower team, and wasnt missed at all, lol. It was the same on Imperious, the Shadow Crystal kill quest for example. I grabbed roughly 3 groups, then the Crystal, destroyed it and grabbed the ambush with no problems at all. Was a wonderful couple of runs. Now yes all the IO sets did cost me nearly 2 billion Influence. But they were very worth it IMO. The single target damage is till wonderful for EM. All in all I'm happy with the investment. Thanks again guys for all the input. Just not sure where imma get the Influence to deck out my Fire/Kin now lol. Later all.

Anyone have a good build handy for the Fire/SS thats more of a scranker than a tank? Ive been toying with this idea myself and would love to see what numbers some of you could come up with =)
-
Thanks for the advice Herc, I do have the slots to reroll, however I have some serious attachment to this toon, being I have had it for over 5 years. It is also my Badge farmer as well, and has many event and Anniversary badges that a new toon wouldnt be able to get. I may try out a similar build to your and a combo with mine. I like the def/resistance numbers in my build alot, seems to possibly rival even a Granite tank, however I do like the amount of regen you have aswell as that you kept fly. I have some good ideas though and gonna play a little bit in mids and see what else I can come up with. Thanks for the advice and input guys.
-
Well here is a build I did.... I believe it to be hella expensive....and honestly this being my first real money sink build not sure if it would even play well. But anyways any info would be great guys. Don't be too harsh =)

Great input guys thanks a ton! Yes I do have Taunt so that isnt a issue. Would any of you happen to have a MIds build with the IOs sets that would make this bad boy rock then? I still really like my tank, he is my oldest toon also, and would love to bring him way above average with great Sets. Thanks again!!
-
Well there is my question, is this toon salvageable at this current issue, and if so, could someone post a bad *** build for it
-
BUILD POSTED A FEW POSTS BELOW....PLEASE COMMENT OR MAKE ADJUSTMENT! IT IS APPRECIATED!!
Well im dusting off one of my old mains. He hasn't been played since roughly I-8. I really wanna IO him out and see what exactly hes capable of. I have about 800mil I could invest in him atm, possibly more if I get on the good old Fire/Kin and farm some. But my questions are:
~ Can Invulnerability properly IOed tank things like Hami, RWZ raids, Statesman TF and AVs without a scratch? (Save of course Psi)
~ What changes have gone through in EM to make it so under played from what I remember in I-8? Are the other choices just THAT much stronger?
~ I have searched and found no answers for what is better to slot for, Recharge/Regen, or Defense purely.
Well thats about it I guess. If anyone could post a build up in Mids that would be great. Im honestly unsure if this toon is worth investing in or not. Thanks in advance guys!
~Sin~ -
Thanks Nuc, i didnt see those posts before, but I appreciate the help, and if I have more questions ill be sure to ask, BTW need to have a Tanker Tuesday on Virtue again sir, lol
-
Hmm, i actually am completely coming up with a blank on mids, im not sure what to 6 slot and what not too, and really not sure what IO sets are good for the End drain of the enemy's, if Stamina is required at later lvls, or what dmg ones to use with this guy. Sorry to be drawing a blank here but i would actually love a good build post, even if it cost a few bil, lol thanks again
-
Thanks for the advice Dawn, got some insite to the skipable powers from the brute forums, as old as they were =P. My next question would be IO slotting and set bonus's to go for. I have a decent farmer so money isnt really a issue. Just what to fgo for like recharge or +def. And should I even bother with sets like the Rag or Kinetic combat for my dmg? Any info would be great guys and thanks!
-
so nobody has any experience leveling a electric/electric tank? still cant seem to find what is a good slotting combo and what powers are shippable...
-
Like the message says, Im curious as to a leveling build that uses both electric sets. I prefer to have Fly, but it isnt a must, but really wanna use it if possible for theme purposes. Couldnt really find anything on the forums about the combo, so any help would be great guys! Thanks in advance!!
-
SUPER MAX!!! TYVM for taking the time to throw that together. I cant wait to get in game and see what I can do with this set up. In your opinion should I start getting those IO sets now at 39, or wait until 50? I have been told by some that IOs are stronger if obtained at lvl 50, even thought that doesn't make since to me, since they are supposed to lvl with you. But thanks again for the set up!!
-
Thanks for a little input Oracale, Yea i have seen a ton of info on this build type before, but nothing current, and everything I have found is always geared to " The Best farming build" which im not really looking for. I understand this is supposed to be a great farm toon, but im interested in getting the best DPS, and best overal team synergy out of it. Shes 39 atm, and love playing the toon, just trying to get some ideas what to start investing into as far as IO sets go really, and what powers are a waste come lvl 50. Thanks for the response thought =)
-
so......47 views and no insight?
-
Like the title says, im looking for a very powerful set up to run my fire/kin at lvl 50. Not too worried about cost, as I will farm what I need too beyond what im saving now. Curious as to the best IO sets to use, and a great build to use at 50. For example I see a lot of people drop things like Siphon power once they get Fulcrum Shift? Just curious if this is the standard or not. This is my first troller and I am loving it, so I want to make it the best possible toon I can. Not necessarily for farming, but all around bad assness lol. Will farm some of course, but that isn't why I love this toon. Any help would be great guys! And Thanks!
-
Awesome info man, thanks for the insite, and Im looking forward to the build your gonna post later, it helps a ton.
-
So no help at all guys?
-
Like the title says, I am new to Doms in general, I have been away playing WoW since about I8, and am liking the changes made so far and am looking forward to the new ones as well. But my question is for lvling what are the proper powers to take, and slotting to be done onna Dom? my main was a Tanker, and have other 50s, but are a WS, and a scrapper, so Doms/trollers are new to me, as are the craftable IOs and such. A good lvling build would be great to help me out, loving the class so far, and have more than enough vet respecs to change my earth/earth around for better lvling. Thanks in advance guys!!
