Its probably been answered but isn't the 15% miracle and and the Numina's Convalescence +20% regen, +10% recovery global IO's unique and can 2 uniques be used at a time on one toon?

I have a lvl 36 claws/reflex stalker, and I couldn't agree with you more. I did not, nor will I ever, take "ranged claw attacks". Effective as they may be, they're out of character and ridiculous. I would much rather have 2 more melee claw attacks.

2nd the motion. Leave claws as a melee set and add the 2 ranges to another new scrapper set. -

Switching targets is a great thing, and is useful to a team. If another player is targetting through a Tank, that is their fault. No player should be targeting through the main tank. It's a bad idea for debuffs and attacks. That's really what every other AT should learn, not us.

Huh? Others not targeting through a tank = unwanted aggro to the team. I've seen other ATs try to control the area (8 player teams on invincible) without waiting for the tank to grab the aggro and basically take themselves and half the team with them to debt-land.
Think of it in common sense terms, if everyone attacks the same target, the faster the target will go down. Who holds the aggro again? -
Nice write-up and a very good build for non-SS or /elec folks to follow. Only question I have since I don't know about /elec in pvp situations but have you tried your brute with just grounded in the arena?

A big thanks for the guide Deus! I tried touch of fear on test for the first time and [censored] was I thinking of not using it before. I dropped the fighting pool and picked up ToF and hasten. The 3 acc and 2 tohit debuffs are going to have heroes screaming "WTH" in RV! LONG LIVE DARK MELEE/ brutes!

Supergroup questioning.
1. Will you consider giving more consideration to the influence/infamy issue while in SG mode past level 35? I mean could a gift of influence/infamy for making 100k of prestige, 200k, etc?
2. Will badges ever be given for the amount of prestige you generate for a supergroup?
3. Will the rent for bases ever decrease?
4. And last and probably asked a million times, why can't we have the number of toons in an SG increased? Possibly giving an increase in the number of toons to an SG that generates a certain amount of prestige or donates influence/infamy. -

This build gets you up to about 87% Smashing/Lehtal Resistance. Which is pretty darn close to the 90% cap. Weave also offers an aditional 6.8% Defense. The down side is obviously that you have to use the Fighting Pool to get Tough and Weave. This will however get you pretty close to immortal when fighting smashing/lethal damage.

Tough and Weave are good options, I have tough on all my tanks except for my stoner where I respec'd out of it and just went granite. -

I think folks can live without the res elements and res energies and just fit Tough hide in their build. I wouldn't know what to call it but another option for a build.
TI - 3 dam res (+1 to 3 endred late levels)
RPD - 3 dam res
UY - 3 dam res (+ 1 to 3 endred late levels)
invinc 2 def and 2 tohit debuff
tough 3 dam res ((+1 to 3 endred late levels)
tough hide 3 def
I also have the leaping pool for travel so have the bonus of combat jumping to add a slot of def
On my level 36 tanker I have 1 endred on TI, UY, and tough.
I play on invincible teaming alot and he does just fine. -

If you can't solo with a brute you definitely have build issues or went with EA...J/K
DM/Invul, never have trouble soloing, usually do it to and from mish. You'll definitely build faster xp if you keep the damage up. slotting rest?? Wow, can't find a useful power to use 2 more slots on? -
I did something similar as what you have but only 6 slotted TI, UY, TH, stamina and 1 slotted RPD and invinc.
I took on 2 Orange Death Mages and was eating respite, plus 1 activation of DP, and then finally Unstoppable.
Thanks IV for the post, even though I have a Invul/Fire/Eng tank, the defense is where I was wondering about. Going to test it and see what happens! Cheers!
