Why don't you complain about Claws next, that's restricted to even fewer comic characters than shields, and was placed in entirely so people could pretend to be Wolverine. Oh and then Dark Melee, does that even exist outside Paragon City? And Spines. Actually, no point, it barely even exists in Paragon City as well.

There are two iconic titans of comics; Superman and Captain America. One of them uses a shield, the other asked if he could have one of his own when got to use it.

The idea that shields aren't for superheroes is just plain dumb, it's a statement that doesn't just fail based on the evidence, but also thematically.

Finding Lord Khorak the battle axe tank to not be hurty enough, I've been waiting for superstrength on Scrappers. I might roll him up as a BS/Shield Scrapper instead.

I have also already sat on 'Imperial' and 'Pure Steel' for shield useage. Actually I grabbed Imperial at the start of the year.

The Fire Shield just blew me straight through the wall of my room with its sheer awesome.

Now I've got the annoying Nvidia graphics driver bug mashing my sanity, I can't team since I'll just keep disconnecting. So obviously, I get asked if I want a team every single time I go on now.

Although I don't complain about it I'm sometimes the other way around. Some Defender dutifully puts various shields on me so I don't die screaming every three minutes, and I'm rather stupidly thinking, "Dammit! Stop with the ice shield thingy! I can't see Carnal Sins butt anymore!".

It's probably best the decision is out of my hands.

That bug is doing my damn head in. I ONLY get it with City of Heroes on my 9800GTX. Last night I risked letting Windows Update ruin my whole PC, and all seemed to be going well with all the updates. Three hours, Media Player blazing away in the background, no problems. Awesome I thought, problem solved, I can team again.

The log out button crashed it.

Carnal Sin - I was making a blatant fanservice toon for a laugh. Unfortunately I have this horrible habit of thinking non-stop, so after months of ideas and justifications she's my most beloved mostly-naked, perpetually hovering sexual deviant. If they give superstrength to scrappers she'll be SS/WP instead of FM/WP, like my crazed imaginings would prefer. The actual name is quite self evident in what it is.

Khorak - He started life as a Khorne Chaos Lord in Warhammer Fantasy. He's been my barbarous mouthpiece ever since. I'm not actually entirely this unpleasant, but you'll get far more of what people actually think when they're angry or trying to prove you wrong, so tell them they're braindead bottom dwellers and everything you do is right. You'll get a full essay with evidence.

Khorak is merely Khorne with a short, harsh ending so it sounds less cumbersome, and a bit more threatening than a yellow vegetable.

Catastrophe - Currently only has a placeholder toon attached to it. Can't believe I managed to get it, and now can't think of something awesome enough for it. Bah.

Barbarous - My first ever toon. A BS/Regen scrapper I don't play because all the redraw does my damn head in. Barbarous is essentially a classic barbarian, and the toon used to be completely different.

I bought a rename token, called it Barbarous and changed the whole look. In the meantime, someone stole Steel Fury from me, who I was going to recreate as BS/WP. That was my first ever name, I loved it, still do, and I want the name and address of whoever took it. I WILL KILL YOU.
