Have a few questions:
What are you looking to accomplish? Are you wanting to take down AVs, pylon attempts, general play etc...?
What is your budget? I notice you have the very expensive PVP IO, but the rest of the build looks to be for a tighter budget.
Are there any concepts that anyone should be aware of that you don't want to be changed? -

I like to host Random Trivia Night in Atlas.
I usually give away a total of anywhere from 50 million to 100 million from these contests. I try to do it fairly often and I'm sure I've given away close to a billion in total since I started doing it. It's a lot of fun and almost everyone in the zone plays.
Edit: Realized I have more time to post.
I give away influence a lot when it comes down to it. Almost any time I see someone in the market that needs some influence for a particular salvage or to cover a posting fee I give it to them. Someone broadcasts with help with influence and I'm nearby then I'll give them some. Sometimes if I am sitting on a farm and the farmer is really bad and I find out that he charged other lowbies then I will cover costs of the others without the farmer knowing. Influence practically grows on trees in this game so I figure, why not share the wealth? -

If I find myself teamed with two or three other fire/shields or elec/shields then I feel pretty useless. Before I can even get a punch off, my target is already dead. The lack of AoE does bother me at times, but it's kind of become more of a situational or even a, "I just feel like playing X toon."
I had to go find things to do to make a challenge for the toon. AE did help with a lot. There were several AE missions that humbled me greatly. Solo'ing the ITF was something I am proud of and there was a challenge to it. You do run the risk of making everything "easy mode" with something like this, but I am still very fond of my character and will continue to try and improve it simply because it's fun. -

Seeing all these builds has made me want to get my dm/inv back to full speed again. So many great ideas and suggestions.
I don't see a lot of dm/inv builds on the forums and it's rare for me to run into another dm/inv in game. It gave me the impression that maybe there isn't much interest in this combo, which made me not really bother posting a build(and partly because I was confident I would be able to do what I set out to do with my build). I kind of wish I did now. Oh well. You live and learn. -

That particular build that I posted isn't the one I used though. I did it before the i17 changes, but the build is somewhat similar. My endurance management was better and the defenses were SLIGHTLY higher. I haven't a need to try and put it back to where it was because I did what I set out to do and the build is more than good enough to handle what I do with it now. Just play. -
This is a build that I use and is similar to a build that I used to do some crazy stuff. I haven't changed it for the Miracle +Recovery change so the Endurance can be an issue sometimes. But with a few changes it can be solved.
And it's a pricey build...

I'm just thinking, as a TF leader, if they both did about the same amount of damage, why take the squishier scrapper? Because it has a sword?
Choosing between the two sounds like a win-win situation to me. In the countless ITF runs I've done, I don't see anyone skip over a Scrapper for a Brute or vice versa.
People will just play what they want. -
This is a build that is similar to the one that I used to solo the ITF. It does have some endurance issues in this build.
I made this build before i17 because my old build had some BotZ and so I created a new build, but I was unaware of the changes to the procs.
Hope this helps with some ideas, something to go off of, a good read etc...

Can't be that. I'm just using the basic camera app that came with it. No option to make anything fancy with the pictures unless I edit it myself afterward with a separate app.

I don't know why it came out that way. I took a quick picture with my iPhone and the light was probably in one of the worse spots it can be so I don't know. I'm not a photographer. -

Just an FYI, Mid's doesn't account for the Ranged defense you gain from Phalanx Fighting. It shows for your Melee and AoE though.
