sigh...down again. call me bitter, or whatever, but after 6 years of play this Freedom crap is turning into Failure crap.

the last time i remember this much f+cking down time is in 2007 during the great internal hack episode that shut down servers.

  4. Ok David, tough love time.

This set looks like a retooled Cyborg pack. The way the armor twists, the parts that are exposed inbetween, mimics the Cyborg boots and gloves.

I would have to agree that the costume team is kinda stuck on a narrow path. I have yet to see something "out of the box" when it comes to costume parts.

The players pump their hard earned money into this game, yet it seems like their voices are constantly snubbed when it comes to costume parts. Threads are posted for ideas and suggestion, yet they are pointless as they never come to fruition.

    love,
    Hawk.
  5. Body type: Huge
Lower all scales to 0, except shoulders place to 100

animated reptile tail does not connect to the body instead it floats above the butt.
bat wings do not connect to the shoulder/back, they float above them.

its an obvious float, not a small one. those two specific items do not connect to the above body type. i have screen shots if needed.

  7. awh, ok. i see what you mean.

the extra HP comes from buffs not necessarily perm HP. so the cap with buffs from self and others is 2409.5.
  8. the wiki states that widows can cap HP at 2409.5, mine has 1400 HP and i just dont see how to raise them by another 1000hp. how do you get that extra 1000hp? im just about all IO'd out, and have HTP along with BiB.
  9. i have a question about this IO,

the description states that it has a chance of affect when the power it is slotted in is activated.

what if i slot it under Health, which is never manually activated?

  11. for the longest time i felt the same way, dark's look just didnt appeal to me. then i took the plunge and rolled a dark/dark corr. now at lvl 43 and I LOVE HIM ! the debuffs that dark grants are awesome, plus Dark Servant is a win. You will soon wonder why you ever hesitated based on looks.
  12. thanks for the great advice everyone !
  13. well crap. i wish we had the ability to turn off a power's secondary affect.
  14. get swift from the fitness set and put some fly enhancements on it, then enhance flight itself. that will speed you up
  15. is there an enhancement or way to decrease a powers chance to knockback a foe?
it seems everyone always gets so mad about KB, but with some of my powers i really have no control over it.

i have always wondered why this couldnt be moved up to the very early a.m.
  17. Dr. Rah, one of the world’s most sinister and evil scientist, was the sole creator of the mutant beings known as the Rah.

Soon after the alien invasion, Dr. Rah saw his chance to launch his plan for world domination. With most of the world’s heroes decimated by the alien attack, Dr. Rah locked himself in his laboratory, known as the Slice and started his plan.

Using his own DNA, Dr. Rah created the mutant beings known to the world as the Rah. Each one gifted with super powers, each one a mutant clone of the doctor. During the incubation period of the Rah, Dr. Rah would beam in his programming, so that once they emerged from their hyperpods, each Rah would be ready to take his place as world conqueror.

What Dr. Rah did not count on, was that his plan and programming were too good. One of his own creations, in a fit of rage, murdered Dr. Rah. Gamma, the radioactive Rah showed no mercy as he incinerated his own father.
After Dr. Rahs murder, Rah-Gamma, set his brothers free, but the murder of Dr. Rah left a rift in the Rah. Some aligned themselves with Rah-Gamma, while others fled to the corners of the world, only one, Rah-Voltrah, became a hero in Paragon City.
Now Rah-Gamma hunts down is brother Rah. They either join him or become enemies to the brotherhood.

    Rah-Gamma:

While in the fetal stage, the Rah known as Gamma, already starting showing the awesome power of the atom, as his radiation killed several of Dr. Rah’s assistants. Gamma was Dr. Rah’s pride and joy, the most powerful and lethal of all the Rah. What Dr. Rah did not count on was Gamma’s rebellious nature. After emerging from his hyperpod Rah-Gamma began his own plot of domination. Dr. Rah and Gamma began butting heads, both wanting to take different directions on how to accomplish world rule by the Rah. In a rage, Gamma unleashed his radioactive powers against his own father, Dr. Rah was incinerated. Gamma released all his fellow Rah from their hyperpods with hopes that his army of Rah would scourge the earth. But not all the Rah were so willing to follow Rah-Gamma. Some felt betrayed by the murder of their creator, and the Rah War soon followed. The Rah split into two opposing groups, fighting across the planet causing massive destruction. The world’s remaining heroes banded together against this new threat and managed to drive the Rah into hiding. Gamma was not so easy in giving up. Slowly he sought out the remaining Rah, recruiting them to his plan, and if they refuse, Rah-Gamma is not above killing his own brothers. Lord Recluse is just another obstacle for Gamma to destroy, as his plan slowly becomes reality.

    Tetsunami-Rah:

Of all the Rah, Tetsunami is by far the oldest, as his actual age is over 5000yrs old. How did this occur ?
After the murder of Dr. Rah, and the Rah Wars, Tetsunami escaped to the Asian continent. There he located a super known as Slip. Slip had the power of time travel. Tetsunami’s power consist of psychic energy, his is the most powerful mind on the planet. Using his psychic powers, Tetsunami took over the body of Slip, sending himself back in time to feudal Japan. There Tetsunami began searching out the ancient masters of the martial arts. One by one, Tetsunami would drain the powers, knowledge and memories of the ancient masters. Tetsunami, with his albino reptilian appearance became known as the Ghost Dream Dragon and became engrained into ancient Japanese lore. Adopting the traditions of his new home land, Tetsunami became Tetsunami-Rah.
In a last attempt to drive this beast from their land, several warlords joined forces and a great battle ensued. The result was a complete slaughter of the warlord’s army, but Tetsunami was greatly injured. Finding a hidden cave system, Tetsunami went into a deep hibernation, awaking 5000 years into the future, our current time. So while it seemed that Tetsunami vanished for only a few hours, he is in fact the oldest of the Rah.
Once he awoke, Tetsunami sought out Rah-Gamma, joining forces with him, but Tetsunami-Rah is no one’s lackey. For as he helps Gamma, he is also secretly feeding his own agenda into Gamma’s mind, to bring forth is own plan for domination.

    The Rah War :

Dr. Rah created two electric Rah, Voltrah and Voltron. Each one with an opposite charged current. Dr. Rah’s plan was for the two to work together, uniting their currents in battle, becoming an unstoppable force, this didn’t happen.
After Dr. Rah’s murder, the Rah were in disorder, some siding with Rah-Gamma while others sided with Rah-Voltrah. Voltrah would not let the killing of his father just wash under the bridge. Voltrah reached out to his brother, Voltron, but was brutally denied. Rah-Voltron would have nothing to do with Voltrah. He looked at his rebellion as weakness, and thus sided with Rah-Gamma.
With the Rah split into two groups the fighting began, with the ultimate prize the very earth itself. As the Rah waged civil war on each other, the earth’s cities and people paid the price. The remaining heroes of Paragon, joined together and began combating the Rah. In the end, due to their infraction and inability to unite, many Rah were destroyed. The surviving Rah fled to different parts of the globe, with Voltrah fleeing to Paragon city. Renouncing his brothers, Voltrah began the life of a hero, but ever present is Dr. Rah’s programming in the back of Voltrah’s mind.

    Known Rah:
    Rah-Gamma
    Rah-Shenrah
    Rah-Voltrah
    Rah-Baal
    Rah-Apocalypse
    Tetsunami-Rah
