Characters who can get the the +HP on their own are actually not that common, and usually have Dull Pain (or a similar power)

awh, ok. i see what you mean.
the extra HP comes from buffs not necessarily perm HP. so the cap with buffs from self and others is 2409.5.
the wiki states that widows can cap HP at 2409.5, mine has 1400 HP and i just dont see how to raise them by another 1000hp. how do you get that extra 1000hp? im just about all IO'd out, and have HTP along with BiB.
