Here's hoping MA 2.0 allows using standard mob sets & powers with custom costumes. It's hard to add a new low level gang without there being a "Bat and Pistol" power set.

I've started searching on enemy group names to find lower end missions. That excludes both Custom as the primary group and makes sure it is hitting the level.

    Here's the list I made (I'm sure I skipped a few):
Arachnos, 5th Column, Coralax, Council, Hellion, Skulls, Tuatha, Lost

Here are some that start at 5 or 8, I think:
Gold Bricker, Legacy, Luddite, Mook, Pirate

    Green dot on map

If you are using an outside map, it'll show places on the map that are there in the "real world."

or maybe if it's an inside map that they pulled a portion from a larger map that has an elevator at/near that location.
  4. I've been running only unrated arcs and hit a lot of reallies?

    Awful Green Things:
Same custom costume on Contact, Hero, and Hostage
    Description "Arc just for levelling"
"President Obama" as the contact for a mission
    Custom character: "Stripper"
Two arcs with Lts using Thugs (outrageously funny vs. plant troller.) I confuse them, they summon their thugs who proceed to beat them to a pulp.
  5. When I get around to publishing, I think I'll list the levels of characters with which I've tested it as a clue.

    Like:
This is the story about a hero who had three heroes of his own. [Tested~4,7,13,28]

Or with a little thought maybe level brackets that make it searchable (only good if many folks bought into the system)...
    Tested~[Low][Mid]
  6. When you go to the EA ticket agent in game, you can see all of the unlockables there. Once you pick them they'll show up as available in the relevant categories.

But really in the end it doesn't matter because it comes down to the fact that you're afraid to put your name on something you wrote and sent to someone else. And that's just sad.

What's sad is that some people have to soil discussions by putting on their junior psychoanalyst beanies.

It might've been interesting to continue playing through the points, but you just had to add that last bit. QED

That's kind of cowardly don't you think? People can see who left comments on just about everything you can review from youtube to amazon. Why should this be any different? I don't think the majority of people are going to be out for blood for constructive criticism.

    A. Those go to email or are stored on the items. You don't have to phone someone to give them the feedback. Which to me a /tell in a game is equivalent to picking up the phone.

    B. With the handles associated with the feedback on a system that has rewards associated with ratings, you get punitive responses. Look at ebay for a great example of how this plays out. I bet ebay spends incredible amopunts of time resolving punitive rating attacks. On many other rating systems people use alternate accounts/email for their paper tigers.
  9. Yea, repeatedly hit this running others arcs. Don't think I'll be running my controllers through much MA content.
  10. Anyone else surprised when they gave feedback that it was a live tell from yourself. I did a couple of chopped sentences for key points; then I get a tell back apologizing and that they were just learning.

Related question: If the creator isn't online do they still get the text of the tell stored somewhere? And is all feedback permanently linked to who sent it.

    Gravity (Again)

<QR> I'd mostly just like to have Propel with a full 80' range or do just KD rather than KB.
  12. Seems like there needs to be a middle step that transitions HoF to actual awards like "Sanctioned" rather than Dev Choice. That way they've reviewed that it isn't abuseable.
