As far as a cheap and effective build... Psy/Em for 500 mil and some IOs from playing the game (merit rewards, Hami Os) puts me at HP cap and ED enhanced powers plus phase ready to use every 2 minutes.. The only thing that build is missing is damage procs. It does not take a lot of Inf to make an effective build. That 10-15 bil you are talking about takes you from 90% to 98%. hardly a big deal when most of your effectiveness comes from playing properly.... -
There are plenty of stalkers on both sides of RV that will gladly AS you if you trigger a 3.3 second animation. Half of the stalkers just sit around and wait for a squishy to stand still. Hell, half of the time I get an AS off, I get AS'd right back. Aside from that factor, you will do more damage by simply continuing a ranged attack chain than using total focus.

Limit stalkers unless you can sub in a widow to a stalker stacking team. Limit tauntbots if you don't want the match to be dumb and boring (taunt stackers will still lose but whatever). And someone ban Vex's trial account because I am offended by his censored language.

BTW, if you rely on HPT for the HP cap, Diminishing Returns will leave you lower than HP cap because it will reduce the slotting effectiveness.

Any attack you plan to use should have ED acc/dam and procs. Next make sure you are HP capped. Then you can slot for Accuracy, damage, or recovery bonuses depending how many toggles you run.

That run was a pseudo-master... we didn't use any temps and no one died. I bet we would be able to run a 9:?? ITF with nukes, venom nades, Ultimates. Soon.
