They reduced Dominations Recharge in I7. You wouldn't have been able to get Permadomination with 3 /Kins + Hasten in I6.

What level is your dom that you can only hold a boss for 5-10 seconds? Off the top of my head, 3 Slotted I can hold a +0 boss for about 30 seconds. -

Power Boost does not affect recharge. Blaster, Controller, Dominator...

Hasten+Speed Boost+Speed Boost = Permahasten + Permadomination -
Check the Prima Guide. They seem pretty accurate as far as -end goes.

um, i think your melee mod is the same as your range mod, cause they are a 'Ranged AT' and dont suffer the handicap, the only classes that were being handicapped were stalkers and brutes, but they have now been brought into line with Scrappers and Tanks.

Ice Patch caused a mass group of civs to hinder me whilst attacking a couple of mobs. They run away from me and right onto the patch and get in the way. All knock down powers should do knock back on them.
To echo a few of the Pet issues:
Jack Frost on my Ice Dominator. I also broke some guy out of a jail and he demonstrated the same behavior.
First issue is that he would be attacking civs and doors, ignoring real threats. This has definitely got to be fixed.
The ambushes would come straight at me - as usual - but even when not attacking and letting Jack attack they just completely ignored him. -

Note that our late game toggle droppers should have the highest percentage out of all the toggle droppers left in the game; once Castle has finished up those tweaks. -
Melee attacks do 7.7% more base damage than ranged / aoe attacks.

Why is Dominator Power Sink's Recharge 120 seconds? Does it drain more than the Blaster version?

Wow, thats a nice boost. Like 33% dmg resistance for he MM just by keeping a minion by your side. Good stuff.

Thanks States. As others have pointed out however, If you could confirm that to-hit debuffs aren't affected by the purple patch and or that the calcs are accurate as described.
