Thank you for your feedback. We would LOVE to come up with a way for players to "gift" our Super Boosters to other players. The real problem with this lies in credit card fraud. It may seem like a simple problem, but it's really very complex. Once we have a workable solution that Billing and Customer Service can sign off on, we will allow players to gift Microtransactions post haste.
Yes, yes, Rocket Packs are on Sexy Jay's todo list, I just am not exactly clear on when they will be done.

YES!!! Please Jay, be the sexy, wonderful man you are and make us wait only as long as neccsary to make them awesome! These have been so oft requested, I honestly think they should be released to general population, for free... I have seen requests about this as long as I have been playing.... -
It isn't even a matter of people being able to buy the stuff. Or speak with the wallets. some of us have duties that keep us other places.
I think a great way to handle this has been mentioned above, in the idea of a Costume Expansion Pack. All the costumes that have been available through giveaways etc, in one pay-for-pack.I think it would work out quite well for everyone especially if it is a for good offer, so those who are on fixed incomes can save up to pick up the pack.
Honestly, I know that a major draw of this game is the costume creator, and the PPD Hardsuit has been a major request in Jay's Costume Thread since around pg 40 (thread is at 400s now). I know if Jay did half the things requested in that thread to include in the pack I would pay as much as 30$ for it.

Ok...
It is bad enough, that a costume piece asked for for literally Months, and one of the most popular requests from Jay's Thread for new Costume pieces, is being available to people who have never played the game before, but only available to the rest of us for more money, but then, you make it temporary....?!
OK, it is a travel power...
What stops you from making it an inventable costume piece!
What is stopping you from giving it to all toons as an option when they hit 14th level. (Or even prior as per the Veteran wings)
What stops you from giving your LOYAL CUSTOMERS what they asked for?!
I really would like to have one of these jetpacks as a animated costume piece (see Wings, and Jetboots, even the Jumpboots and capes!)!
Please, make these available as a costume piece, and if they HAVE to be for more $, make it availble through the NCSoft store as per the Wedding Pack.

Ahem, settle down please... Questions will be answered at the end of the news conference.
This conference was called to announce the founding of The Weapon Project. As you all have read on your news release, my powers come from an old, now defunct government attempt at creating superheros.
When I was trapped in my suit an attempt on my life was made, and I fled here to Paragon City where the Might for Right act protects registered super humans so long as they continue to work for the common good or forswear they're powers.
Well, as we all know I have worked now for 2 years to help keep this city safe, and it has recently come to my attention that there were others involved in that old government project. 80 others to be precise. I am searching for these individuals. I want to aid them as the Guardians of Order have aided me, giving me teammates and a home.
As such, taking the name from that old project, I have founded a new Super-group. The Weapon Project will now be accepting applications from all heroes, but we are specifically seeking those involved in the 1980s Weapon Project. It was a joint Crey Ind. and US Government project.
If you are one of the 80, you have a home with us. If you are not you still have a home with us. The door, is always open... We'll leave a 'porter warm for ya...

Greeting all, I am starting a new RP centered Super-group. The Weapon Project is recruiting! Feel free to contact myself (Weapon One) for an invite.
We are currently shiny new, but we do have a coalition with the Guardians of Order, and access to they're base teleporters.
We are on regularly, and regular SG teams and missions is the eventual goal.
We accept both new and old players, lowbie or 50...
SG Promotion will be based on the following in no particular order:
1. Prestige Collected
2. Activity of your character in both RP and team play.
3. Aid in such activities as Recruitment drives, Task forces, and Giant Monster attacks.
We will have a uniform, once we get done designing it, and we do ask you use one of your 4(5 with Halloween salavage people) costume slots to wear it proudly. (ideas for the uniform are appreciated as well, PM me...)
I am planning a few things for the group, and hope everyone will enjoy...

Talk has begun with longbow about possibly installing antiaircraft batteries at the Zig to prevent further landings by Arachnos Flyers... -
I voted Shield Melee/Shield Defense...
I want those two powers over all other rumored powersets incoming since the game began. Ever since we saw Blue steel in KR we, my wife and I that is, have wanted a pair of Shield Scrappers...
I woul dlove to see this happen!

well, here is my opinion on this, large thread.
Number One, Thank you Statesman for listening to your player base and hearing what we have to say on the matter.
Number Two, AV Spawns, I agree with the new system whole heartedly.
Number Three, stealth nerf, I didn't agree with the stealth nerf, and don't really see how suppression would work well either. Perhaps you should supress the amount of xp to be garnered while stealthed. (ie, 1-25 xp per white when stealthed, unstealth to get full).
Number Four, Albiet this was not part of the original discussion but ED... ED doesn't do what you inteneded. You in a well meaning mistake meant ED to create a more Diverse enviroment where people did more then slot for damage. I agree that this was a problem, however now you are enforcing a diffrent incarnation of the same problem. Everyone must slot in the same style, or they're characters at high levels become diffcult to play. I think this should be looked at in a very serious manner. ED is a significant disruption to Tanks, Scrappers, Defenders, and Blasters. I don't know about controllers, I don't play one. But when you go from being able to drop a white con boss with one shot of your "Snipe Shot." to simply drawing his attention. well this is an issue. Snipe traditionally means "One Shot One Kill." In short a diffrent system allowing us the freedom of choice needs to be installed. If somone want to play an overpowered PVP oriented character fine. In PVP zones make the battle oriented enhancements (Acc, Dmg, and status effects off hand), to be disabled in the zone. Blame it on Radiation from all the battles.
Number Four, this is a good one, Travel Power Suppresion, this is a severe detriment for some AT/Travel power combos. the main I am thinking of are Superspeedy scrappers. They have the unfortunate task of not being able to use they're focused upoun power to get away. Fliers, ever the short end of the stick, get it as well. Where a flier should be able to get outta a tight spot he can't. So you want a solution other then being able to supress the powers? How about more baddies with varied Travel Powers, I have never seen somone give chase with Superjump, or Superspeed.
Last but not least, my opinion, if it has nto been stated well enough...
ED get rid of it, repeal it in part or in whole. Tanks who have main powers that only accept one type of enhancement, cannot be tanks. They have become large HP soaks yes, but not Tanks (by tank I mean a large metal object that shooting atdoes you no good without a rocket launcher). Scrappers damage dropped dramatically, as did blasters. Yes there is a reason we are all complaining. Please Statesman if you read this take it to heart, Nerfs however benificial do not fly in RP games. If I decided in my wisdom in my PnP game I didn't like the rogue's sneak attack ability, I could in my infinite wisdom remove it, and this would cause complaints, I would listen and probably allow the main ability of a class to remain intact. You have taken away the main ability of not one, but THREE archtypes in your heroside game, and you are seemingly not listening to us about it. Please, at least rollback ED when it comes to powers that accept Only One type of Enhancement.

PS I played the brute from October prerelease, I have Played the tank since I started playing. What does that tell you on how enjoyable your changes made the Tank. -

This is a sincere problem for me as defiance makes no sense with a playstyle in which you try to keep from taking damage. If anything it makes more sense for the tanker types ((Brutes (who already have it) and Tanks) taking dmg = dealing more dmg). So what to do about it, swallow your pride Devs, the players don't like defiance, change it to somthing else.

Approach with extreme caution subject is know to be unpredictable and deadly.
Known Powers: Falllen Liberties is known to be a super, possessing strength, resistences and endurance above and beyond most heroes. His fight with Statesman in the 1980's flattened several buildings and destroyed an entire skyway bypass.
Subject has shown the traditional glow inhereant to Invunerability powers, and the inhereant strength of a Super Strength. Thoughts on his origin point to him being a tank, but current data shows him to be channeling a murderous rage into each action.
History:
Fallen Liberties broke out with the help of Arachnos on Oct. 31 2005 from the Zigguraut Maximum Security wing. The drugs he was on are probably still in his system limiting his abilities somewhat, this is temporary and it is exteremly important to catch him BEFORE they wear off.

Fallen Liberties was once known as Kid Liberty. He worked publicly with Statesman and the Freedom Phalanx on the German front. When a German Super through the kid sidekick through a tank, it blew up and only parts of Kid Liberty's cape was found. He reappeared agian at the side of Ghost Widow, a known Archnos agent, when he attacked the streets of skyway city in an attempt to draw out Statesman. The resulting fight was devastating.
M.A.G.I. Offices Notes that Kid Liberties powers come from the same source as Statesman, and it is assumed Lord Recluse as well. He has drank of the well of the Furies, and the results are exteremly similar to Statesman's power, yet somthing is diffrent. He possesses an astounding rage, which is not currently apparentin the Astral representations of the Gods. It is our fear that while Statesman channels the power of Zeus, and Lord Recluse the power of Hades, we fear that Fallen Liberties is channeling the power of the Titan Chronos.
