95% DDR means you will suffer only 5% of the Defence Debuff you get hit with.
Im sure you meant this but some people may take 'Protection' to mean Defence - as in there is only a 5% chance the Debuff will apply.
But there is nothing worse than running your 45-50% Pos Def SD/ through whatever mish ur doing - barely getting hit then running into CIM and after 3 lucky hits ur casscading and then ur tasting the dirt... /em cry -

As a side note - for those unaware we have a new SG "S.E.N.T.I.N.E.L" - it already has TP to most zones, Enh Bench, Crafting Table and Salvage Racks (as of last night - more may already be added).
I welcome all Bluesiders to join this new group that will be run by Lili, Min Min, Redoubt and myself - much the same way that SINISTER is run.

Hi all, kinda new to IO builds and this is all done using Mids.
Trying to keep the cost down so no Purples.
I already have some of these sets (5 of the Gaussian, 6 ToD, 4 Sciro, and 2 of the Healing Uniques [forget which ones], 5 CrushImpact).
Am aiming for Def first and Recovery second.
Also I do SSK down to do TF or to help my friends which is why I made the default IO level 33 - kinda middle ground.
Also I use Ninja Run + the Jetpack to travel.

Fire_Minded I normally walk into the mob before using Shield Charge. The AaO +dmg kicks in and SC does ever greater damage, then Whirling Axe and Pendulum and that is a LOT of damage. Anything standing then gets Cleave (after lining it up to hit 2 mobs if possible - any more than 2 is too hard).
Axe DOES take a lot of END - before my tank got to 44 and took PhsyPerfection I was always waitign after a fight for my end to come back. larger fights or fights against tougher enemies normally saw me popping blues.
I am in the middle of respecing and re-IOing him to keep my Def at 45% and finding the best way to do so without purples (3 slotted Blessing allows me to not need Mako or Oblit/Scir for the +Range and +AoE) -

I have a SD/Axe Tank and find that I rearly (if ever) hit more than 2 with Cleave.
It does require some trial and error lining up more than one but even if u miss the damage is enough to be included in your attack chain.
Pendulum = DROOOOL.
Awesome graphic, 180 degree arc, good damage. I took Pendulum late as I wanted to get my Def higher (Weave) but am thinking of respecing now that im 50 (as of 3 days ago).
I found that END was an issue even witrh Stam 4 slotted. I am however still IOing him as this is my first serious attempt with IO's. -

This will allow all Sumon and Enhance/Upgrade power to be selected from 1 button.
NOTE: you need to create the files BEFORE you start the game as it reads for these files when it starts.
Or create during the game but restart. -
Update OP with Lyriks idea
You dont need a 1680*1050 area to choose your powers.
When in Tailor, give me zoom and move controls. Make the power selection smaller - it doesnt need to take up 1/3 of the screen, with the colour selector another 1/3 and my toons animations appearing behind the colour selector.
Even if the Tailor weindow is Maximised keep the options small giving me more room to view my toon. It HAS to be perfect -
I find it annoying that when you go into areas of the game interface you loose access to the chat windows.
Examples are: Tailor, Leveling/Respecing, Power Slotting.
What I would like is instead of those areas bringing up a whole new window, it appears as an "underlay" to your UI windows - effectively still showing your Chat, Target, Nav, Team, Power etc sub-windows (are the Target, Power areas needed - not for this discussion no but I guess it will be easier to show all the sub-windows rather than having the new interface only show "Chat" windows.
If the sub-windows cover parts of the interface, then you can either hide them (clickable option) or move them.
The clickable option would work like when in the tailor and designing your powers "Hide Menu" but would be "Hide Chat" or "Hide Windows" or something.

Also what do you people think of a back-spin attack where the toon spins clockwise doing a backhand-swing for a PBAoE power, rather than ANOTHER jump-slam or backflip-slash animation? -
I think we've missed the most important problem with the OP request.
Two-Handed animation would mean you couldnt also use the Shield powerset.
Cant use a shield to defend yourself while that hand is also swinging your weapon. Doesnt work.
So unless there was a "Great Sword/Great Axe/Maul" Powerset that was ONLY two-handed I dont think you'll see BS/Axe/WM ever getting two-handed animations.
While more gameplay options are great, it still needs to be somewhat realistic in some aspects :P -

By then I HOPE to have my Crab respecced and IO'd as much as possible (got a lot of INF off a Purple).
This will be a Team based toon with TT:M, TT:A, TT:L, L:M and L:A running (yes im currently working on my Recovery lol). So all up im probably granting a 30% DAM and 22%ish Def and 10%ToHit buff to all those who want to hold my hand
Even if I just stand there buffing everyone and throwing in a Cone or TAoE when my END allows for it (and allowing my Disruptor bots to run free).
Never done the Barracude or Renault so will see whats on offer and who offers the biggest bribe... -
My Crab is currently at 49 - although I need to have a 2nd look at the powers and current IO's and do some better IO planning.
Not sure what I should be aiming for with my build (Def, Regen, etc).
Got 2 Pet powers (Spiderlings and Distuptors) but decided against the Patron Pet (Coralax).
If we do a MTF in the future - 3 Crabs [with TT:M] would be awesome -

I can see where ppl trying to get Blue#1 are wrong - I clicked Finish to the Arc accidentally and lost all the clues for the final mish.
There was a bit I almost missed myself in the arc that hints to part of Prize1... Dont want to say too much in case it unfairly helps someone -
