Are the endurance costs before or after the endurance cost decrease? That is are the endurance costs listed correct still?

Leuira landed silently at the ferry landing, and quickly caught sight of her target.

"Where is he?" Vicegrip muttered searching for someone. Leuira came out of hiding and approached her. "Um...hi...'sup?" Vicegrip asked nervously.

"Not much, we were wondering where you went after yesterday."
"Uh...nowhere? You guys still after me?"
"As far as I know."
"You here to take me in I 'spose?" Vice asked, kicking a pebble across the ground.
"I suppose." Leiura replied.
"Pretty dumb to let y'self be seen aint it?"
"Possibly. But you're letting yourself be seen as well."
"Can't meet people when you're cloaked... had to take the risk."
"You could always wait for them to arrive. Besides, being hidden is only good for the first strike, we're supposed take you uninjured."
"Aint goin' t' happen toots," Vice's fists began to glow with red energy.
"That's what I figured," Leiura replied and vanished.
"Well...what you waitin' for?! Hmnph. Stupid kid prolly ran off..."
"Boo." Leiura came back into sight, spines appeared across her body as she lunged towards Vicegrip.
"Huh?!" Vicegrip shouted in confusion and fell over with spines stuck in her.
"Bleh, hopefully that doesn't leave a mark." Leiura replied as she picked up Vicegrip and headed back to the base...

"Someone tell Aeterna he has a package for pickup at the pub," Leiura stated over FUTURE's communication channel.

Positron, do you have any idea when the spend 5 hours in a PvP zone badges will be fixed? I was told by a GM that the time is cumulative like it should be, but there is a problem with the badge awarding process itself. However I had a friend who was working on the badge (irradiated for Bloody bay) along with me and he recieved it while I did not. Going through the petition process more or less got me no where. So any idea when this problem will be fixed?

Beth (or Leiura) ran a spine through yet another leader of the Family and jumped off into the distance, leaving the remaining Family in chaos. She had lost track of how many she dropped today, it wasn't important, they were just distractions. As she spread her own chaos, it seemed chaos was also spawning around her, and it all reminded her of her failure.

This wasn't working, nothing was. She had tried Thorns, Sky Raiders, Family, ghosts, even other heroes, the bodies had piled up, but they couldn't make her forget. She landed in the middle of a group of Family and exploded in rage. Shards of chitin flew in all directions cutting down the gangers.

This is all my fault. That's all that she could think about. That second of hesitation was costing her everything. Damn that drone, damn it! She could have been faster than it was and then everything would be fine. But it wasn't and it was all her fault. She had failed her most important job to date, and everyone she knew was paying the consequence.

An Arachnos patrol strolled past the scene observing a small woman breathing heavily, flesh pierced by some kind of spikes, and a bunch of dead family impaled by those spikes.

The TacOps shook his head, "Like a bloody claymore mine, we're not engaging that." They continued on their way. And Beth's anger continued to fester.

Her failure was costing FUTURE both money and reputation. She wasn't too worried about the heroes making threats, she had defeated a good amount of heroes before, and the higher ups in FUTURE had taken down some of the best Paragon had to offer. The threats of an old communist meant little to her, she had heard of his Battle with Joe and the communist's inability to inflict any lasting damage.

She'd do whatever they needed her to do, to make up for her failure.

Treasure Island has an attempted mutiny.

The 5th column seem to be part of the big threat. A mutiny amongst the column? Those of you who have done the rise of the Vampyri story arc should know what I'm talking about.

A lot of things in CoH are allusions to different things. There is a Vampyri named Lt. Kurtz (heart of darkness except he wasn't an LT and Apocalypse now altough it was colonel not LT) in the same story arc there is a Oberst called Conrad, the author of Heart of Darkness.

Then of course there is Nosferatu the guy who made the Vampyri. Nosferatu is an old movie based of Dracula, except it was sued by Bram Stoker's estate for copyright infringement and all prints were ordered destroyed.
