shark jaws is sickly good, you aren't sacrificing perception since you can take tactics, and you have aim and craploads of -def in rad, meaning that focused acc does nothing for you, and finally, the resistance armor is 10 time better than the pretty, ornamental aura you get from black scorpion.
as to PGA, i'd only take it to slot the placate proc. and even then, i bet there's better stuff to take. -
