i'd go leviathan.
shark jaws is sickly good, you aren't sacrificing perception since you can take tactics, and you have aim and craploads of -def in rad, meaning that focused acc does nothing for you, and finally, the resistance armor is 10 time better than the pretty, ornamental aura you get from black scorpion.
as to PGA, i'd only take it to slot the placate proc. and even then, i bet there's better stuff to take.

I´m approaching 50 and i´m having doubts on my epic choice.
Originally i had planned to go mako for hib and shraks
Was goofing around a bit in RV and web envelope seems really nice.
My problem is 3 things
1)Inf and build issues(sacrifices) to solve the recovery issues that FA brings
2)-KB
3)Surviving on a disruption toon with phase since i´m more used to hibernate
Should i find a way to work around it, is web envelope worth the effort?
Was hoping to use it in both zones and arena.
