    When leveling up characters, I usually go for sustained DPS. I really hate downtime and any way I can reduce it the more enjoyment I get outta the game. So I slot 6 slotted attacks with 1Acc/2EndRed/1Rech/2Dam. With 5 slotted attacks 1Acc/2EndRed/2Dam. Stamina is usually 2 or 3 slotted, depending on the final build for the character.

    What browser are you using? If you're on Firefox and have things such as Adblock and Flashblock make sure you have UStream on the allowed list. Make sure you have the latest version of Flash, too.

    Likely won't hear anything on proliferation until Issue 20: Incarnates Ascend is already on the live servers. I know I'll be enjoying the stuff in the upcoming update, but now I'm already anxious for Issue 21!

    Beta (Closed Beta?) of Incarnates Ascend likely to begin next week, on Tuesday the 31st.

    That page was just an overview. The spirits one will be PERFECT for Soul Stealer. Currently I'm using Wisps Aura to make it look like souls are swirling around her, but with that new Aura coming in it'll be just right!

    Didn't they say on the stream that it was redeemed by voucher? Sorry, I was more focused on Ice Armor for Scrappers I didn't really keep track of the rest of the stuff.

    It still does. It doesn't mean players get complete and total domination over costume content though.

    Oh geez, how could I forget? Null the Gull! Since you guys have the tech to color titles, I would give Null the Gull the title of Legendary and color it purple.

    I saw it! Black Scorpion looked at my question for Ice Armor on Scrappers and he wrote it down on his notepad! It may still never come to Scrappers, but this is a step up from "not on his mind at all."

    Would you set any long(er) term goals on this character, such as PvP IO uniques, T4 Destiny, HP/End Accolades, etc.? You can get stuff like the Gladiator 3% Defense for practically free with very little time commitment each day doing Tips. If you enjoy doing Trials, the upcoming Issue 20.5 has another way to get those prized IOs by turning in the Astral and Empyrean Merits. Just something to think on. One IO can change a build quite a bit.

    For what you have built right now I'd drop the two slots in Physical Perfection leaving the Chance for +Endurance in it, put a Recovery +Recovery into Health, put a slot into Hide for a 5th Luck of the Gambler +Recharge, and then put the last slot into Danger Sense for a 4th Luck of the Gambler for the Accuracy bonus.
