Would you set any long(er) term goals on this character, such as PvP IO uniques, T4 Destiny, HP/End Accolades, etc.? You can get stuff like the Gladiator 3% Defense for practically free with very little time commitment each day doing Tips. If you enjoy doing Trials, the upcoming Issue 20.5 has another way to get those prized IOs by turning in the Astral and Empyrean Merits. Just something to think on. One IO can change a build quite a bit.
For what you have built right now I'd drop the two slots in Physical Perfection leaving the Chance for +Endurance in it, put a Recovery +Recovery into Health, put a slot into Hide for a 5th Luck of the Gambler +Recharge, and then put the last slot into Danger Sense for a 4th Luck of the Gambler for the Accuracy bonus.

I'll be Incarnating him, yea. Haven't given much thought to what Trees i'll be choosing besides Musc. PvP IOs are pretty much outta the budget lol. Accolades are a maybe. I haven't heard about Astral/Emp's being turned into IOs, nice.

If you are going to put the time in to Incarnate the character, you probably have the time to at least work up the tips for at least the Gladiator +3 Def (it is that worth it) and to get most of the Accolades (although I am not sure if they are as easy to get red-side if you going to be there). I have done it on a few toons I have, and merits are easy to accumulate while leveling.

11 months of all-nighters, messy feeding sessions, bath fighting and realizing just how good my son's lungs work, and I am still convinced he is the crowning accomplishment in my life. What in the blue HFIL is wrong with me?
I wasn't getting any kind of responses on the Stalker Forums, so I come to the Number Guru's for assistance. Guess they don't like PvE Folks =P
Pretty much everything about the build is open to change. Except I don't want to go to expensive. I figured since CS recharges build up from Hide now, BU>CS>Placate>BU>Burst should be preeetty nice now. Help? I know it could use improvements.
