    Explain Gravity?

    You should probably explain your concepts so people can relate their explanations to them....just an idea.
  2. The fact that it's melee is probably why it's dmg is higher than power push. Getting in melee counts as a risk I suppose...I wouldn't be surprised if it got looked at though.
  3. The -KB is in the hold only from what I understand, so if somebody is held I don't wanna KB them anyway, so it's negligible as far as I'm concerned.
  4. The patch notes are a few posts back. If you go by them I'd say it's one helluva bug.
  5. Sounds intentional to me...having a power that is pretty much Guaranteed KB shouldn't also have high dmg + an acc bonus to it, seems a bit broken. I'm just glad it works in PvE that way...
  6. Poisonous Ray into PFF seems to be the way to go for me...I'll have tactics with it. While PFF may not be the awesome it was before, it still provides some mitigation if you have no -def on you or if the person isn't using Aim+BU.

    I don't like hiber simply cause it's just an oh [censored] button, that leaves you stationary for ambush the minute you come out of it...all it takes is toggle debuffs on your or an AoE Debuff or attack dropped to start Movement suppression and then you just get wrecked afterwards.
    If doms had tanker HP it'd be ok to sit and get ganked outta hiber but yea...the 1500hp I'm runnin with won't sustain me through that.

    1. Yes because I'm staminaless and I want Transference and Power Sink up ASAP.

    2. For PvE I have the fly pool simply because its nice to be able to hover above all the AoE's yet still catch a 10 stack of FS and refill my health/end bar.

    IR is a great power but the end cost can be prohibitive at times especially if your debuffed and just want to escape with a couple of bounds.

  13. This is just rumor craft with no verifiable base to it. It's all a nemesis plot according to B. Read the diatribe posted in whatever thread castle replied in.

  16. There is Mez protection, when in regards to KB only though. DR has no bearing on whether my Mez resist bonus is suppressed.

    This isn't my first day, so save your breath explaining simple mechanics that only enforce my point, which apparently you are missing.

    Mez should not suppress your KB protection. If it does /bug it.

  18. They do not suppress the toggles either. Only your defensive toggles not the mez resist toggles. If they suppressed the mez resist toggles there would be no point in running them. Go read the i13 patch notes. Show me where it says that mez suppresses your mez resist, note that mez resist also includes KB protection.

    As far as the -42kb protection, no [censored] jack. If you hit me with more KB than I have protection for I'm going to be KB'd regardless...doesn't take rocket science to put that together.

    Wormhole has always been in my build simply for the cheap IO's I can slot to get some KB resist and Rech out of it...but yea sounds sexy. Can't wait to finish downloading this damn game so I can start farming and rebuilding.

    I gave Barrier most of my stuff.

    Cage, TP Foe, KB, -Rech, -Movement, Two Pets, Plus all the goodness that is elec, BU anyone?

    All those reasons sound pretty rewarding to me.
  21. Mez should not suppress your KB resistance. You retain your Mez resist even when Mezzed, unless this was changed but I didn't see any patchnotes stating that it has.

    So Mez+KB should be /bugged
