You all should pray that Castle makes you new pseudo pets. Otherwise you'll be doing Corr level debuffs with half the damage and no Scourge. -
Also: Now Terror Misu (My mad pastry chef) can have Dough Control AND Dough Assault. That makes me happy.

I'm somewhat concerned that the ranged attacks will be variations of "Throw Rock" and "Throw Heavy Rock", but otherwise I think this could be an interesting set.

Ice/Cold/Cold for me. Ice is the only primary I haven't run yet, and Cold should help with some if its problems (in my eyes, anyway). It can make Jack buffier, and alleviete those end problems (with Heat Loss), and Sleet is just fantastic with any set.

Detonator is a Grant Power type of deal, so it should pick up enhancements from the pet you cast it on, rather then what you slot in it.

IIRC, pets spawn based on Security Level, not Combat. -

No, it won't work. You can only bind one power to a key, and using a target command and a power command in the same bind can lead to irregular behavior. Sometimes it targets and doesn't buff, sometimes it fails to target, sometime it works correctly, sometimes it doesn't do any thing. -

Every inherent is a power, including Conditioning. So it is separate from the base, and not enhanceable.

That isn't how it works in many cases. Scrapper Crits, Gauntlet, Containment, Scourge, and Defiance are all coded into the AT's powersets and the "Inherent Power" is just a blank placeholder for the inherent explanation.
Same with Conditioning, except it is an actual base increase in regen and recovery. -
Thorn Caster with the Crystal Staff have a 20% damage debuff.
Agony Mages have Siphon power with another 20% damage debuff.
Death Mages have Twilight Grasp with a 10% damage debuff.
Arachnos has fairly widespread Psi resistance among the Fortunatas, Wolf Spiders, Bane Spiders, Drones, Arachnobots, Tarantulas, and Crab Spiders but not the Mu.
