Your not reading the whole statement.
Repeatedly causing debt on purpose is griefing.
Teleporting the same person a few times or more, into a Mob that kills them everytime, within 5 minutes, with no intention of attacking is griefing. Therefore against the EULA.

I am reading the whole thing, but just because you consider it "griefing" doesn't mean other people do.
Basically, The action of repeatedly causing debt isn't against the EULA. Only people feeling "grief" is.
We're all on pretty much on the same song sheet here, we're all a bit miffed by the "wooly" statement that feelings are against the EULA.
If in doubt, petition. -

But the actual action of doing it is not against the EULA. What is (apparantly) against the EULA is how the person on the receiving end feels. -
EA reclaims end though, so whether used halfway through a mob or right at the start, with the amount of enemies it'd hit along with the slotting will fill up the end bar each time it's used. And it recharges pretty quickly.
The safety net being Hibernation and Rest between mobs, sure some people will be annoyed because they want to go straight from one mob to the next, but the majority of people I play with take their time in missions anyway. -

Indeed, i think it's a very odd statement from Bridger.
Whilst I see that the company have to protect people from feel abused/griefed/harrassed I don't know how they judge levels of abuse. Can only assume it's on a case by case basis.
I could feel abused by a stalker using his boombox, does that mean if I petition him for being against the EULA any further action would be taken?

Disagree I'm afraid Knight Stalker, and I'll thank you not to label anyone who uses a valid PvP tactic as "someone who is heartless and nasty" you may not agree with it, but name calling doesn't help.
You can't make people conform to your own morale code, it's as simple as do a /petition if you don't like what's happening and let the GMs follow up.
Debt is part of the PvP zones and part of the risk you run for playing in the zone, if you don't like it then the Arena is there for you to use without any problems. -
But EA would be used as soon as it was up (hasten and 2 recreds in the power) and it has two end mods in it.
And hibernate as well for end regain.
Like I said, it would require a bit of playing on the test server to see how feasible it is.
I also despise cookie cutter "normal" builds - I like to push to the extreme -
I admit that I drone and mob TP in PvP. Although I never gloated (never really got into the trash talk)
I used to get a lot of verbal bashing for doing so, underhanded sneaky unfair tactics etc. and a lot of swear words aimed at me (goign back to the honour kill debate)
I will continue to play any way I want within the EULA, and until told otherwise will carry on with these tactics. -
That's why i've got Invoke Panic and Frozen Aura as well as ice patch, to try and cut down the amount of mobs attacking.
I may well try and find extra slots for glacial. -

Again I haven't had an ice tank high enough to use this power and see how it plays, I don't know what the downtime is like or how fast the regen is (from a playing experience PoV not numbers)

I've got Taunt and Provoke, and I like slowing the mobs down a lot to keep them tight to me. I might take out one slow for another taunt though.

According to the planner challenge can't be slotted with Acc's, I don't know as I haven't taken it before. -
Not a waste in FA, I've noticed a significant difference from the extra 3 slots I've got in it at the moment.
Resuscitate is my "fun" power, and will probably be used for running round hollows rezzing deadies when I'm feeling helpful. -

Yes overkill, and will require testing on the test server to see how well I can cope without stamina and just using EA for End.

Ice Tank
Am a pure taunt bot, no attacking.
Thinking about dropping fitness for presence pool, Extra taunts for aggro and fear AoE along with Ice Slick to mitigate incoming damage.
Does anyone know how accurate the taunts are (will one acc do?) and what the end cost of the powers are? -
With 1 end red in each armour and with 2x2x2 recred/defbuff/endmod and with hasten I'd still get end from the AV though? And I'd turn off icicles and CE and any other armour that might not be needed and just taunt.
I don't know, I'm only a lowly lvl 26 at the moment so AVs aren't on the list. So maybe just use my idea for the next 18 levels and change with the 44 respec to include stamina? -

Hmm...
I'm a taunt bot with my Ice tank and really enjoying it, I'm wondering if i could drop Fitness pool, free up space for Tough and Weave and survive off the end gained from EA. -
I thought I read somewhere that 6slotting frozen armour gives more extra defense than weave for an Ice Tank.
Also remember that aid self will help with all types of damage unlike tough, and 3 powers just to get weave might be used better elsewhere depending on your build. -
Hasten, hoarfrost being up most of the time makes a massive difference to survivability.
