I had an idea similar to this once too, but that was after a 7 hour a flight and being stranded at a train station for another 5 hours waiting for a friend to pick me up (why didn't I call a taxi? I was f***ing broke.) I was delirious from exhaustion and a similar thought to this flitted across my mind.
So much so that I wrote a 12 page proposal to PS about it.
I was out of my mother loving gourd.
In retrospect: no; it wouldn't be a good idea. -
Yes, well the whole purpose of the T9 VIP reward is to reward long term paying subscribers with something unique and exclusive.
To put the whole thing in the store cheapens it. Then why would I, as a VIP subscriber, continue to pay $15 a month when I just go Premium and buy the "exclusive" VIP rewards when they become available?
I do believe the mentioned the whole "Disney Vault" thing - where it will go away and come back sometime later. -
I wouldn't want the whole T9 costume set made available - I'd like some pieces to remain unavailable (the wings, the aura, the halo back pieces, for example.)

I don't see how the series can develop with Violet and Vivien dead and stuck inside the house.
Unless it's about raising demon baby.

It becomes "American Constance Story," since really, she's the only reason I watch the show. -

My hope? Vivien and Violet come to terms with their deaths, and move on. I expect, however, that Ben will be offed and they'll just spend eternity in Murder House. -
I'm curious to see if:
- Ben kills Constance inside the house
- Tate kills Constance inside the house
- Ben commits suicide and Vivian and Violet make him go away alà Violet vs Tate - thus leaving him alone in the house for all eternity.
- Larry exposes Constance for all the murder/homicides, Moira's & Hayden's remains get disinterred.
- The house just explodes.

If City of Heroes was a standalone game, one that you played by yourself and you only paid a fee -once- (i.e. the initial $29.99 or whatever it was) - then I would totally understand your bafflement over people wanting new content.
However, we have in the past, and some of us continue to, paid a monthly fee to play this game - and if new content wasn't added, I probably wouldn't continue to pay after the second month; I'd have grown bored.
Since I continue to pay for this game, then I continue to expect new things to keep me amused and keep me willing to pay that monthly fee.
And it is because I enjoy this game so much (I have only ever once before played an MMO past the 3 month mark and that was Ultima Online) that I am willing to give up my play time on "Live" to give my input on this "untested, unreleased content," because I want it to be the best it can be for my fellow players and myself.

I have never, ever had this issue with the NCSoft Launcher and I must assume then that it is something with your computer.

I don't think so. I'm not going to spend an hour on menial tasks for the honor of doing free testing for the devs. Previously, I had a stable of toons available for testing things, as well as a supergroup and base. Then they wiped the test server and the character copy tool was either broken previously or at the same time. I've been trying the copy tool every 1-2 days to see if it's fixed yet.
