    Language Problem!

    I created bane spider at Union server.Moved FR server and i get transfer back to Union again but language FR.I sent mail to support they said

    "Thank you for contacting the City of Heroes/Villains Customer Support. To change the language that your game client uses you will first need to run the City of Heroes/Villains Updater program from the icon on your desktop. Once the launcher has finished checking your files and installed any updates, you will see a "Next" button in the bottom right corner of this window. Clicking the "Next" button will display the User Agreement screen, and clicking the "Language" button in the bottom middle of the launcher will show a list of languages you can select to change the language of the game client."

    I tried this not changed and i want to help about this they not respond again.Only my char information,some global things FR.Anyone can help me about this language problem ? I Want to english all things.
