It's your tourney, but the switching of toons might make the event take longer than it otherwise would. It does kinda help the.... this can't beat this/rock, paper, scissors aspect, but it's still gonna happen randomly with what you select anyway.
I think you'd be better off with a single global registering a single toon, but that's just my opinion. -

Welcome to the Ladder.

Basically, this is the general issue with most Ladders/Leagues. People are willing to play, but are less likely to "go out on a limb" and lead new teams. So as a member of the community trying to get something going, the problem becomes spurring people on to actually lead. Once someone's agreed to give it a shot, the actual filling of the team roster itself is far less laborious.
So, in order to get a quick couple of teams in *this* event, we just need a couple leaders to step up.
Btw, I moved a Psi/Em over to Champion. I stripped it a while back, but I'll cheap-slot it for the time being. -

That's unnecessary, since you could simply play in the Ladder you were before with no problems. You make things a lot more complicated and harder for yourself. -

Alright, well let's do it up, then. Zeta doesn't happen to be on at the moment, but if any of the teams challenged could state whether or not they're ready, that'd save time, which was the intention of the blanket-challenge.
We'll take anything into consideration concerning complications or inability to field the 4. Saves us for wastes of time on forfeits anyway.
Still, the open challenge to any team within the Ladder or outside still stands, and setting up a practice at any time is as well; although the official challenge will come about whenever Zeta pops back in.

Can people realize that there is no drama involved in playing the matches?
Taking joking out of context could conceivably create problems. Sarcasm doesn't translate well through text, and some people take things personally, and far too seriously in a game.
We just load in, play til the end of the matches, and there you have it. That's the entirety of it.
I think people should at least take a bit of a wait-and-see approach. Forum drama's a matter of interpretation, but as far as in-game conduct involving matches and whatnot, it'd be as smooth as before. We've all played in Leagues/Ladders before and aren't known, any of us, for being rude to other teams for any reason concerning PvP.
Basically, the ******** aside, let yourself have fun. Leaving won't make that happen. -
It's the conduit, more or less, but is usually going to be necessary to get any form of advertisement or support of any kind to ensure that sportsmanship, to a degree is exhibited.
Hopefully, in time, those who have made the brash decision to leave upon our arrival will reconsider when they realize we're here simply to play matches.
The drama isn't necessary, so let's have some fun. PvP's more fun when you're PvPing. =P

Blacier, you're ill-informed creating a problem for yourself.
You say you'd like something cross-server, so people shouldn't have to Xfer? If you'd like to play those other people, what difference does it make how that's possible? While I agree that something would be nice to allow us to play together, regardless of server, that already exists. It's called test.
I don't know what your definition of "real PvPrs" actually is, but whatever. GL to you. -
No one's done anything, really. The drama was perpetuated on both sides. You never refused to play with people guilty of it who you already knew.
It's just biased. If you don't want more teams here, that's fine, but let's not make it into something else. No one came here to ruin whatever you had here. It's just that transfers are free, so people decided tossing some alts to compete in this server Ladder would help with more matches between this and the Test Ladder. If you just dip, it's pretty silly.
All that happened was a roster posted. Suddenly everything's so serious. It's just a game, and no one came in doing anything at all.
Psy, as far as I know, wasn't involved in what happened before, yet he was basically told he wouldn't be allowed to compete either.
I honestly don't get it. You just created an issue entirely on your own in this instance. -
