Freedom 4v4 League -
Rules are as follows -
• Initial league placement will be determined by a tournament (TBD) Each team will play a 10-minute, random-map round against every other team. Match settings will conform to league standards: No Travel Suppression, No Heal Decay, Observers On, Small Inspirations Only, and Super Heavyweight. Head-to-head results will be used as the first tie-breaker for teams with identical records, followed by additional rounds if necessary.
After the initial league placement tournament, new teams sign up for the league by announcing so in this thread after creating an official team thread (on these same PvP Arena boards) with their official roster and team name.

• Teams may climb rungs by challenging and beating teams on higher rungs.
• Challenges are to be made and responded to in this thread.
• Challenges must be accepted by teams that are less than 3 rungs higher than the challenging team. (Teams on rungs higher than 2 spots above the challenging teams can refuse the challenge.)
• Challenging teams can only move up 1 rung at a time by winning matches against teams on higher rungs.
• Challenges must be responded to by a challenged team's captain within 48 hours or the challenging team is awarded a forfeit.
• Map Selection and Illegal Maps: All additional rounds will be set to Random map selection. The Monkey Cage, Office, and Cave maps are not permitted in any round; reset if you get them.
• Only small inspirations and temp powers bought from the Arena Store are allowed. No Base Buffs or special inspirations (i.e. Presents and SoWs) are permitted.
• Barcode-type names will not be permitted. Player names shall be easily distinguishable.
• If 4 or more players from the same team disconnect from a round, that team forfeits the round.
• No Ouroboros portals will be permitted during the match.

Team entries are posted here - teams must have at least 4 members and no more than 6. Each team must name one player as a captain and one as an alternate. Roster changes are permitted. Any team that changes more than 2 players in their roster will lose thier ranking and start at the bottom. Each team member is allowed to enter one @global. That global is to be the only global listed in matches. If a team plays with a global not listed on thier roster, they forfeit all matches and the other team wins two matches.
All petitions for rule violoations and changes to rules will be sent to me ( I will run the league but not participate to remain fair ). Captains will get a voice in petitioning for changes.
Once we have enough for an inital tourney to set the rankings I will post a time for the kick off. Once ranked the league will be self running. Teams challenge teams via this thread, it is up to the teams to decide on a time and date for the matches and to post results and update rankings. I will monitor the thread and ensure the rankings are correct. Matches will be best two out of three after the inital ranking.

Banned Powers:
whatever is still broken.

AT limits - no more than 2 of any one AT with the exception of stalkers - only one stalker allowed per team, per match.

Can't speak for all of dUmb but I know a handful of us moved or stripped a good many of our toons to run in the Champion ladder after the league ended and the test ladder fizzled out.

I have a Stalker, Emp and Psi/EM (that is missing a set of apocs and 3 glad javs) if anyone wants to try for another team.

OHMYGAWD!!! A team from another server, I'd like to start a captains vote to ban them from playing in our 4v4 because they are from another server... Wait no thats right the vote on pinn was started to keep GGG from destroying the undefeated rep of a certain team not because we moved from freedom. Nevermind disregard my captains vote comment.
