You should get Maria Jenkins as a potential contact from one of your current contacts I think.
Depending on your level, you may need to hit somewhere around 40 before you are introduced to her.
Either that or just team with people -

That's true, and come to think of it, it will combine very nicely with Soaring Dragon (Knock Up) and Golden Dragonfly (Knock Back).

Not sure if you will like it, I remember having jump kick (I was new to the game!) for Uzzi and everytime he used it, it put his Katana away. It was fine for a couple of levels, but because it was in my attack chain it started to annoy me as I'm losing time between attacks. Lucky for me an I5 respec came along!
So I guess the only way you'll find out if you don't like it or not is investing a power into it. Hopefully it will be what you would like. -

That's irrelevent. I didn't say a Regen couldn't tank Hami I'm saying that whoever does need to tank Hamidon can't do it on their own. -

Ok WarDancer as long as your happy with your build, wasn't sure what you had changed in your build
Innigo the powers seem fine, slotwise is your call, not particularly on what I would slot on my theoetical MA/SR but this is down to personal preference again. Best way is to try it out and see -

If you want a panic button, Elude is a lot better then Whirlwind in my oppinion, unless it's in your character preference, I'd leave Whirlwind to much much later.

Combat Jumping takes a ridiculously small amount of enduerence, it's the smallest in the game, so putting an End Red on something that's 0.07 End/sec to 0.06 End/sec isn't very efficient. -
Blasters: Red
Controller: Purple
Defenders: Blue
Scrappers: Yellow
Tankers: Black/Grey
Controllers are purple. Although if you do have any hold powers you need to have a spec of purple somewhere.
The colours aren't too important I think, but it does help in forming teams. You're either going to be involved in the clearing phase, the holding phase or maybe both.
Perhaps the guide should become a sticky so anyone can read it. -

Agreed with Flitz, get Quickness sooner, it's like a passive reduced Hasten
Evasion's pretty important because you'll be fighting Nemesis around the 30ish mark and that will help you a great deal. Later on with Malta and AVs it becomes vital. Elude I believe is something you must get as 38 as you have planned.
I think you only need one End Red for your defence toggles but that's your choice. Even moving your passive defence powers slightly up the chain list wouldn't hurt. -
Aye Regen would probably be best solowise because of the lower downtime compared to the others.
Saying that though, all are pretty good in their own way and doable at the highest difficulty, personal preference should keep you satisfied -
Fair play to that then. The AoE defence was needed around the level 30 region as I personally had to face a lot of Nemesis during that time, but I'm glad defence scaling will sort that issue out.
Elude I feel is a bit overpowered and if it's going to be a little less effective I wouldn't mind that at all. MoG on the other hand, there's been a lot of Regen scrappers that either love it or hate it. It probably is seen as a panic button for most, but considering you're on low health already, should MoG really be less effective under the severe concenquences of the after effects? -

Yes it bloody well is, note that the change applies to all defense as far as I know. Not just SR.

Well fair enough about the AoE defence being reduced because it is unusually high at the moment (comparing Evasion + Lucky with either Focused Fighting + Dodge or Focused Senses + Agile) so I'm guessing the AoE defence figures will match them?

SR Scrappers can avoid a lot of attacks but still have to know their limitations, wouldn't this sort of stretch it out of proportion? -
From what I gather, there will be a change in the defence scalings for SR, they will be increased in the next issue.

Am I the only one that thinks that SR is actually fine the way it is?!
I started my Scrapper just before Issue 5, I'm proud to say that I haven't deleted my first character and I've adapted to ED. Ever since ED did come out, it's helped me a lot in terms of slot allocation to my powers.
Right now I have a scrapper who I absolutely love. It'll happily run into groups of +1s/+2s without too much problems. He'll hardly get hit as it is. The only problem I have is enduerence, which is acceptable as you can't have a perfect scrapper. But the way the defence ratios are seem to be fine!
Elude in my oppinion is at a perfect balance at the moment. You can tank nearly everything BUT you still have to be careful of who you are fighting and you are far from invincible if you're in way over your heads. So now with this SR buff I'll be virtually be able to do a tanker's job for a good few minutes, which is enough to beat almost any AV.
What I fear the most is that SR will then become a popular choice for Scrapper and then seeing a lot more people using it, I love the fact that there are hardly any of us about in comparison to other scrappers (my biased view here is comparing it to the current popular choice: Regen). Popularity of the choice may even cause it to be "nerfed" at some point in the future to the point that it'll be worse then it is now and I really don't want that!
I really think SR should be left alone, but that is my oppinion and I welcome any other oppinions or viewpoints that I may not have taken in before. -
Taxi characters deserves a lot of credit, they were around when I was lil, don't see them as much now but they were a godsend when they were around.
