An enhancement booster increases an IO's effectiveness by 5% up to a maximum of 5 times for 25%. It does not modify the level which is a common misconception. IE, a level 30 +5 Enhancement Booster IO actually has a higher value then a level 35 IO.

Where is this mission that has Manticore's mansion? I hear it mentioned but I've never come across it.

It used to give half a level of exp upon completion now I am only getting 3 bubbles? When did this nerf go in?

If you do the Mortimer Kal SF and then side switch to a hero, do you lose the temporary buff? Do you still get a notice of the well at 50?

I have noticed this twice now today. I did a Faathim the Kind TF and now a Statesman TF and I notice there is no call button on the contacts.
Is this a bug? -
Is there somewhere that has cataloged the items released every Tuesday up until this point? I'd be curious in looking at it.

Does this effect rewards at all? Will a blue con while being 51 give the same rewards as if I was 50? Does it effect shard drops or anything which require an even level mob?

There is a building right next to the Ferry in Peregrine Island. There is a door and while trick or treating I clicked it and I got a box that says "Long Range Teleport" and it lists all of the hero zones.
Is this a bug? Anyone seen this? I can post a screenshot if need be. -

IIRC you can direct trade them with another player, but it does strip the boosters from the enhancement so it's of limited use (though if you traded them back again you would be able to sell them).

Well did anyone copy what the set bonuses were? Or know the name of the recipes to type in game?

I remember a thread and I searched COH Wiki to no avail that explained what the set bonuses and the effects of these recipes. Anyone know where it went? It had screenshots of each recipe I believe.

Marketing could show us the different versions of the items, and different ways to use them, perhaps. In fact, there are a few items I'd like to see before purchasing. It would also be a good spot to put in promotional videos for new powersets, or the SSA, for example.
Since the market appeared, I've felt like Paragon Studios isn't really taking advantage of what they've got here. What we currently have is a price list, and that's about it. There are so many ways to get into the price list, but once you do, that's all you've got.
Now, if is how the company wants to sell things, if that's working for 'em, that's fine. But speaking for myself, as a consumer, I'd like to see how some of these items work, or what they look like - a short explanation of how to use new items and a few pictures would be welcome before I buy something. I'm not too keen on purchasing items "sight unseen," or with no user-friendly explanation of how they work.
I can understand the desire to limit comments like "THIS SUCKS!" but honestly, most on-line places do have a place for customer ratings. I have a lot more faith in what I purchase if a place has the guts to allow negative comments. That means the positive comments are something I have some faith in. Of course, the whole forum could be all stickies. I wouldn't prefer that, but I'd still go in there to literally SEE what's new, and to learn about the different items that are available.
I'd be in that Forum every Tuesday!
