The destinations are a mix of 5 places: Hero zone, villain zone, praetoria, pocket D and board transport instance missions. Being a straight hero or villain only excludes you from 1 out of 5 of these, so it may not be worth the time to change to vig/rogue for these badges.

My first character was Ullikummis. He was my first 50, my first incarnate, my only character to have all T4 incarnate powers, and as my badger, he is still frequently played. But, when there are no badges to be had, others take over as my "main."

I don't know, it seems to me that there's a meaningful difference between Bug Hunter and other badges; Bug Hunter can be exhausted. There are, at any given time, only a fixed number of bugs sufficiently egregious to merit BH if discovered.
It is entirely reasonable to believe that no such bugs currently exist. -
