It's called an Avatar. click "My Home" then "Edit" on personal information. Then place the URL link to the image you want to use on the Avatar settings.

you can upload to Photobucket.com for free, just make sure you image is 80x80 pixels or smaller. It would also be wise to avoid anything with a lengthy animation too, since it is discourteous to those who are browsing on slow connections.

I don't think the Evil/Holy concepts are needed. I love the full burst look, and if he was mine, I would make regular mode be normal clothes except for maybe gold bands on his wrists that disappear when he goes full burst!

All the buckles on the regular look now for arms and feet are a distraction, that take away from the flames details. Those areas should be solid, without the buckles. I'd also make the hair normal or white/white, perhaps change the color of his skin instead to stand out under the black.
