i'd be disappointed if the tf was finished without me but fully understand if people want to complete it. its my choice to miss it and if you have all made the effort to turn up with the intention to complete the tf thats my problem and i'll just have to live with it.

until we get a response from everyone (with it bein xmas other people may be away aswell) i dont know what the best option would be.

other options could be changing the day to thursday if everyone can make it, just have a week off (best option if more than 1 is away) and continuing after new year or for those that can make it do the tf up until the last mission then we complete it when everyone is back (dont know how that would work with the badges etc).

but as i said if u want to do it without me then i'm sure i'd cope without a little badge thing

i'm currently playin a kat/da scrapper, at lvl 26 now. I have to say it is really fun. It doesnt do as much dmg as broadsword but it feels really quick and sometimes i can just steam thru missions without any problems, either solo'in or in team. I'd say i'm probably best in a team without many other scrappers. Tactics tend to be activate hasten, activate build up take out the minions (2 shots and they are done with.. can 1 shot them if u get a critical (i generally fight +1s)), then move onto the bosses. unless its a named boss in which case i will try and take them out first and let everyone else deal with the minions. and i havnt even got my biggest dmg attacks yet (soaring dragon/golden dragonfly).

if you have a char on union and want a demonstration of kat/da then feel free to poke me at some time (global handle is @Tufty, or my scrappers name is Phyria), i'm normally on durin early evenins 7pm - 8pm etc.

its not possible to activate two powers at the same time, the 2nd will always overide the first.

afaik the only way round it is to set 1 to auto then execute the other, once the 2nd power is up the 1st one will auto fire.

the bind for this would be

/bind X "powexec_auto Shield 1$$powexec_name Shield 2"

obviously replacing X for the key u want bound and shield 1/2 for the actually power names. If u wanted it as a macro just replace bind X with macro nameyouwanttocallit.

anyway...

err.. well... i'm kinda just makin it up as i go along. you saw what i could do when we teamed last nite, so if u thought it was good then i'd be happy to post my build to date and explain it.

i'm havin alot of fun with my kat/da scrapper at the moment. in the early lvls end can be a problem and i was constantly havin to use rest in between battles but once i got stamina and SO's (only 1 end red in all toggles at the moment) i dont really have any problems with it and can steam thru groups (need a few cabs for AV's tho) and thats with runnin hasten aswell.

biggest downside as mentioned is the sound effects and i'm not too keen on the gfx effects. spend all that time designin a nice character and it ends up lookin like a fuzzy black hairball

i've found it useful on my scrapper in the early lvls. i've only got 3 attacks at the moment (lvl25) so without hasten i do get gaps in my attack chain which i have to fill with brawl. at lvl 32 i'm likely to have 5 attacks so whether or not it will be needed then i will have to see. on a scrapper tho, if u want superspeed as ur travel power its probably more useful than flurry.

only 1 death so far isnt bad, that was only because of my eagerness at the very start.. the hostage Rollister mission is normally where everyone gives up so to get thru that without any problems was good. Only 10 more missions to do, a few go here ones and a few defeat all ones.

nothings come up yet so should be there.. note noticed our FF around much tho (ElDee). He was missing last week aswell...

i'm not on at the moment cos i have to be at work. think u need to look out for Stryke Force or Phyria. i think maybe Rockley can invite aswell.. tho arnt entirely sure.

what we tried last week should of been posi on invincible. i know my difficulty is deffinately set to invincible so i think max lvl enemies is 15/16, may get 17s etc later on. i wudnt expect any higher tho

got lvl 22 yesterday and took hasten, was at the very end of the play time tho so havnt had chance to test what sort of damage i can do with hasten+buildup.

also now have to go and spend all my inf now on a set of SO's. will be ready then (with the exception of havin a travel power) to go into bloody bay.

how about we try and get together and have a late friday night session (obviously if your not too tired from all the screamin and u cud always use the excuse u r up in case the baby crys ) starting from about 10:30pm-11:00pm in bb for some villain pwnage .

i'll be happy to put some rad action in on sunday afternoon (1pm is fine). only lvl 5 at the moment but high enough to get in hollows so will accept an sk if there is one goin
