For the 'chain mail', use Tights, Shiney with the Mesh pattern, your primary being black, and your secondary being your metallic color (In this case, silver).

It's not a coincidence. It is the actual casino owned by Captain Mako on Sharkshead Island, and up until recently, it was the building right were Captain Petrovich is standing. I think a minor art glitch changed the sign over to one for the Dirty Duck, but I haven't checked lately.

There was a video on Youtube where they took the promo for City of Villain and 'subtitled' it with gamerspeak. I can't remember what it's called, otherwise I wouldn't be asking for help.

Because of the physics of getting a cape to flap, sometimes it acts a little wierd. It'll stretch out like that, or twist on itself, or even clip through a character's legs. It usually sorts itself out in a few seconds, though.
