Personally I've been using Adobe Flash - since it's the only thing I've got better than Paint - and so far the only thing I can really say is a big difference from pencil and paper is that I can't actually see if my hand is getting near the spot I need, save that the cursor helps a lot. I set the parameters to only be able to draw on the stage, and use the scroll bars. ^_^;

I wanted to test out my tablet, and drew a teaser of my Stone/Axe Tanker, War Megaton. It's my first work on the computer without the mouse, and I was hoping to get some opinions on the overall result.
Here it is, in all its .PNG glory.
How does it look? -
Thankyou-thankyou both!
EDIT: I think I'll continue searching for a GIF program of my own though, just in case. -
I wanted to make myself a new avatar with these frames:
Frame 1
Frame 2
((I saved the files with the oppisite names by accident...))
I have no GIF software, so does anyone that does have the time to piece those two together for me? Just need a simple infinitely-looping GIF with frame 1 showing for five seconds, frame 2 showing for two seconds.
Please? -
You're talking to a Tanker-origin hero (that's right, Archetype don' matter to me). Best offense is a good defense, 'cause when I got enough defense, I just whittle away at the health. Plus, even with that build, I can solo EB's. In fact, here's the updated version.

Personally I like having the mob levels decided in a number, though I do not agree about them spawning at TF cap. (meaning I disagree with the current level-basing, and one of your points: the PvP or team-average scalers)
Now, this may sound very selfish (it is, I know), but: on my Stone Tanker I can take damage and dish it back out in a way that actually does make me a team member (instead of "Personal Force Field farmer") while in Granite Armor with foes at the cap and me low, maybe at the bottom level?
What I'm saying is, I like being able to have mobs con purple for my Stone Tanker because he can handle and help against those foes, and I enjoy reaping those rewards of my ability. -
It actually took all four of us...[*] Scrapper - Dual Blades/Willpower (me)[*] Tanker - Invulnerability/Super Strength[*] Scrapper - Claws/Something[*] Blaster - Fire Blast/Fire Manipulation
... well over fifteen minutes to do it this way, even through constant attack. I am so glad the AI dictating some monsters run when they are low didn't kick in. -
Glad to have thought of this myself. A team of three with no buffing, debuffing, or healing teammates was trying to defeat Jack in Irons with no success. I joined, and no dice. But I did notice we were close to Kelly Nemmers.
So, we - or I, being the only one with Fear Protection - lured Jack to her and proceeded to - and I will hold this until the day I die - coin the phrase...
What I (or we) will do for a badge.
Needless to say, we knocked him down once, and the view of what's under his miniskirt took us nine break frees each to overcome. -
The guide's an easy way out. I know it can be done with only Super Jump.
-
The question is not WHO, my friend, but WHERE!
... NO!
WHEN! -
By the power vested in me by the badge title Archmage of Agony, I command this post to ... writhe in ... agony ... while we use it as a ... post!
-
A little something I cooked up today. Took me two hours - which flew by awfully fast actually - to make it.
[u]Origin[u]
Early this year - before I knew what demoediting was - Tidbit was trying to piece together a picture of his main villains all in his super group base.
The end result was... not too pleasing to him. So, I decided to make it for him. Though, I couldn't get the base to work, so I put his five main villains in Ouroboros' court, starting with the frontmost one at The Pilgrim's location.
Here is what I got.
Any opinions on it? -
*drools* Perhaps. That kind of yummy costume goodness can't be ignored.
-
It probably* isn't that hard to make a new "cape" texture that is flat but looks like hair, then making the point it attatches at on the head instead of the back.
*PROBABLY - it COULD be -
EDIT to GUIDE: Added Dark_Fantasm's tip.
Here's just to show you that even a Lv3 can do it! It's all just practice! -
Ah, I didn't know my dad would admit to doing that.
In fact, this badge gets easier each time. With my Lv24 Scrapper (with a Speed Boost) and only Sprint and Super Jump I got this on my second try.
EDIT: So you know I'm not cheating, here's my enhancement window. That's right, only a +1 SO in Super Jump... -
I got speed demon on my fifth try yesterday (not to brag too much), and thus my dad employed me to get it for him. Nice guy, Tidbit. Very quiet with people he doesn't know.
Anyway, I thought "there must be SOMETHING I did," and remembered what I had: fly, sprint, speed boost, inertial reduction. Thinking that, I was able to get it with temp powers and a Kin (SPEED BOOST IS YOUR FRIEND!).
So here is my little tips-and-tricks guide to Speed Demon...
[u]Supplies[u][*] Fly (at least 99% enhanced speed)[*] Speed Boost[*] Sprint[*] Super Jump, Inertial Reduction, or Zero-G Pack
[u]Technique[u]- Start of flying and with Sprint (FX from others get in the way), your jump power (jump powers increase fly turn/stop control) and and your speed power applied (you need speed later)
- FLY to the posts UNTIL you reach the ninety-degree-turn; until THAT point, your speed WILL surpass anyone without super speed or jump; tap spacebar if your fly touches the ice (ice will make fly turning BAD)
- when you get through the 90-degree-turn's pole, drop fly and aim for every goal post; if you notice drifting, jump towards it (do not jump too high or you overshoot).
- Try, try again! The road to success is paved with failure. Then again... so is the road to failure.
[u]Tips[u][*] Steer with your right mouse button; if you're not skilled at this I can't help you[*] Avoid touching the ice while flying; it makes steering clunky[*] Strafe less than you turn; strafing excessively tends to force you into a slide you don't want[*] Find a lag-free Pocket D instance; or at least less laggy
ENJOY YOURSELF! It's not JUST the badges, but the fun in it! Also, if you reach speed cap and get shoved back or /stuck'd by the game, then you can [censored] all you want.
This guide should help you get stuff like this.
[u]NOTE[u] *huddles in fetal position* I hate my dad's tray setup... I hate my dad's tray setup... so... disorganized... *cries himself to sleep* -
My opinion:
[u]Costume 1[u][*] Change mustard-yellow to gold
[u]Costume 2[u][*] Brighten either red or blue
[u]Costume 3[u][*] change yellow to gold -
It was demoedited. I've never so much as run Photoshop before. ^_^;
Sorry to hear about the link trouble, Jacobi. Here's the URL pure and un-edited... http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/2...megatonsu5.png -
I decided to mess around (and learn) to work Pos and Pyr for demoediting. Here is what I got so far; my characters Geara (Ice/Ice Blaster), and her husband Megaton (Stone/Super Strength Tanker - Giga Ton in-game due to name availability).
What do you think? (They're aligned a little to the right because I used the same pic as my desktop... for now.)
