Hey hun.. if you're in a team of Blappers don't bother with Mesmerise, been playing my Mind/Emp for years now and since about 3 months in - never bothered with it.. Mainly as, whilst the damage is ok, those damn Blappers will wake everyone up anyway, as you get your Mass Holds pretty quickly on this build, Mesmerise tends to get lost and becomes an unused power, Levitate gives more damage and I always found more useful.
Terrify could be slotted 3 Dam, 2 Acc and a RecRed - it's that good and that flexible you can use as a damage dealer or go with Mesmer's suggestion for crowd control, although the recharge is pretty good anyway so you can cast twice on a mob if your damage dealers are stuggling. With Total Domination and Mass Hyp you should be able to control most stuff anyway. I tend to keep Mass Hyp in reserve as a backup so if someone wakes up a 2nd or 3rd Mob I can sleep them whilst we deal with the 1st mobs.. with AOE blastys around you won't use it on the main mob anyway. -
Get a real Troller - Go Mind/Emp and team loads! :-)

Dis' 5th 50 came with the undoing of Battle Maiden.
Huuge Gratz Dis, I know this PB was a tough one.

OK been playing a Mind/Emp for ever..
Not sure about anyone else but I never took telekenesis until recently, however now I have it, it's brilliant.
With plenty of ACC enhances on all main holds you can basically disable any mob by hitting Total Dom, Terrify (in that order for exra damage), Mass Hyp will sleep a 2nd Mob if aggro'd giving time for the team to regroup and Mass Confuse as backup, TleKenesis for me is a get out power for nailing that small section that's causing trouble on the outskirt of a mob.
If you need a few bad guys disabling while the team is concenrating on a the main mob, TeleKenesis rocks -
Still here and still not got my 1st 50 :-) Altaholic? Me??? never!!
Remember Pre-Christmas 2004 in Beta - that was great fun and then the BIG day! Coming home on a train from London with my Delivery at my office desk asking one of the guys in the office to open the box and read me the code so i could register and login as soon as I got home :-) -
Well it was my 1st time and I hope I helped out :-) thanks to my team for getting me in the right place at the right time.
Exploits and screenies are here:-

Certainly agree with that, being a slow leveller anyway due to lack of time in front of my PC, certainly noticed the early levels are much easier to blitz and get past than they used to be, ok this can be partly explained by experience but the changes have made a difference.
Seem to remember levelling in EU Beta being extremely difficult until the Winter Lords arrived :-) -
Well I've had 2 of my best experiences in Bloody Bay recently... as a Ninja MM collecting the Meteorites I got nailed by an Ice Blaster - didn't bother trying to respond as I was mid-flight and was on a mission just tried to escape.
Next I was polishing off some bad guys and a Blaster hovers close.. So are you going to do it punk or what? Then I Fireball hits me - I send the Ninjas in while I deal with the monsters I was battling before the interuption.. keep out of Blasters sight while my Ninjas pound him to the floor... last time he'll pick on me !!
Then last night at the same spot a Scrapper does exactly the same thing I was just about holding my own when 2 villains come out of nowhere and nail the sucka! Eat that Hero scumbag!!
I love PvP - great fun.
