Mind/FF
Whilst i hate to bump my own post, does noone out there have a Mind/FF controller? Can't say i've seen many tbh.

It's an unusal combo for sure.
As far as your build is concerned, I would personally swap TK with Force Bolt. Force Bolt is incredibly useful in the early levels for soft control and filling your attack chain and I'd probaly move it earlier than lvl 12 if I could! Besides, TK will just kill your endurance pre-Stamina.
Also, Levitate is an excellent control and great single target damage with containment. It's definitely worth getting earlier if you can.
I'd recommend slotting Terrify for damage, not fear duration. It's going to be your best AoE damage, especially with containment. The standard duration of Terrify is pretty fine as is. I'd go for 2 Acc-2 Dam-2 Rech or 2 Acc-3 Dam-1 Rech. Replace Recharge with Fear duration if you prefer.
I've played both sets to 50 but not together so it's hard to judge how the powers will work together but is it wise to take both TK and Force Bubble? Don't they accomplish pretty much the same thing?
I also agree with _Echo_'s comments, my mind controller has Terrify slotted 2 Acc, 2 Rech, 2 Dmg currently.

mines only lvl 37 but im going to throw in 3 recharge into tk as well as the end reds as it takes quite a while to recharge

Thats what Im thinking, and my mind/ff is lvl 23-24 iirc. I like it, although im mainly playing my dominator for mind powers. I like mind/ff conceptually but its really lacking in damage.
i shall be playing her in a team of blappers, emps and kheldians so i wont be that interested in damage. Were i to solo i would slot up terrify and get mass hyp for setting up containment, but then i'd also not pick bubbles .
I used TK at lvl 12 on my dom and didn't find it that bad. Can't do anything else while running it but if you get a corner or one of those enclosed rooms in indoor maps it can completely supress a mob. Also good for very quickly holding a boss, as you can drop it after the second dominate to save end.
I would indeed like both forcebolt and levitate in earlier but not much room to squeeze them in. perhaps lev at 28 and put detention back to 35, though part of me want to see how annoying it is in sirens
Figured force bubble for pvp purposes and it's also handy in situations like the reactor trial and for closing off doorways. I had breif experience with it (i had a bubble def to lvl 40) but it was back when it still had an enormous end cost so i didnt really explore it's possibilities. If i still dont like it i'll spec it out
EDIT: I think anything with bubbles is unusual these days, see precious few of them unfortunately . A few bubbles MMs out there but not many heroes (can think of one i know offhand). I swore i'd never play another bubbler after my much loved FF defender got roayally shafted by all the nerfs but i'm giving it a second chance a year on, perhaps my concept will ease the pain.

You can't slot Mesmerize with recharge. No idea why, it's just weird.
I personally skipped the single target buffs(the buffs aren't that good on a troller) and focused more on the controlling aspects. I soloed 1-30 on a combo of Mesmerize, Dominate, Confuse, Force Bolt and Levitate(not specifically in that order). It wasn't hugely fast, but it was very very safe and very easy.
For AoE control, Terrify is the best in teams. Slot it 2 acc, 2 fear, 2 recharge.... 3 acc/mez, 3 recharge at lv 50. Total Domination or Mass confusion are good backup AoE mezzes, but with the recharge on Terrify you won't need them much. Mass Hypnosis is also good solo, but it really depends a lot on your teammates to work effectively in a team.
Hey hun.. if you're in a team of Blappers don't bother with Mesmerise, been playing my Mind/Emp for years now and since about 3 months in - never bothered with it.. Mainly as, whilst the damage is ok, those damn Blappers will wake everyone up anyway, as you get your Mass Holds pretty quickly on this build, Mesmerise tends to get lost and becomes an unused power, Levitate gives more damage and I always found more useful.
Terrify could be slotted 3 Dam, 2 Acc and a RecRed - it's that good and that flexible you can use as a damage dealer or go with Mesmer's suggestion for crowd control, although the recharge is pretty good anyway so you can cast twice on a mob if your damage dealers are stuggling. With Total Domination and Mass Hyp you should be able to control most stuff anyway. I tend to keep Mass Hyp in reserve as a backup so if someone wakes up a 2nd or 3rd Mob I can sleep them whilst we deal with the 1st mobs.. with AOE blastys around you won't use it on the main mob anyway.

Have done both sets before but not together. I love the number of ST controls in mind but i got bored of bubbles on a previous toon so i've taken quite alot of the powers to see if i can have some more fun with it. Primarily PvE with a casual interest in PvP.
